Parties - -
An idea for the folks here that mentioned the pushy and inappropriate touching..a safe area for those newbies and slow starters works well.
How about just not doing it. Would you like some strange man walk up to your wife and grab her breasts just because your at a swingers party? Show respect.

sh*t swingers say - to preach to the choir - HAHAHAH!!! Our two faves --"I'm only bi when I drink." And -- "Next time let's start before 4 in the morning." Loved it!! :D Thanks for the laugh!!

Does anybody really... - ANOTHER annoying poll. - I have mentioned before,it seems like we have a lot of Affirmative Action Swingers and that’s why I am selective.. having said that.. Here we go.. this was last night till early this morning ... and yeah this site is working out VERY WELL #singlemaleSELECTIVE-BBC

AZ Clubs - -
Not sure if it's still there, but when we used to live there we used to frequent Club Chameleon or Guys and Dolls.
Both have been gone for several years now. Chameleon was one of the best in the US. I have had some spectacular times there. The owners opened a diner on the east side of the valley after their club got closed down. Even though some of the old club regulars show up there, it never turned into a pick up joint. Somehow, Discretions & Encounters both survived in Phoenix. They are both much more low brow. I think that I know who put the screws to Chameleon, but I'm not 100% sure, so I'm not going to name names. The person that I think it was, got thrown out for being too drunk & rowdy, then went on a rampage in revenge. He was a hot rod builder with a lot of attitude. The last words that I remember from him were "you mess with the bull, you get the horns". There are a few bars in town that host meet & greets for local Yahoo groups, but the crowds there tend to be a bit cliquish. There is a low key party in Havisu that is very good, but it's hard to find & hard to get an invite. Havisu in general is a good place to pick up party girls if you have a boat on the lake. Tucson has an upscale nudist resort that attracts a small amount of low key swingers. Tucson also has a honkey tonk Drink-em-up bar that is run by "god" & boasts a well equipped side room for people who are feeling frisky. Just ask "god" for the "full tour" & you will get an eyefull. West of Phoenix, there are some mud baths & hot springs that occasionally see some playful action. A little north of the city, near round valley, there are some hiking areas with swimming holes that sometimes attract frisky individuals. If you are looking for kink in Phoenix, try APEX. If you want better odds at a good swinging experience, hop a quick flight over to Vegas. It's not that far. California has even better options, but it's a bit more of a ride.

STD/STI Testing - - Actually it was closer to 1981 When HIV became aware to the medical community in the US if that is what you meant by that 1989 date. http://www.avert.org/aids-history-america.htm HIV and HSV are the two nasties that should be of most concern for most swingers as they are incurable and HIV can be deadly. Both are costly in terms of lifelong medications but also in quality of life. They will be with you FOREVER! HSV can pass by something as simple as a kiss and or oral. Do clean test results mean something? YEs and No! Mathematically speaking the risk is related to a pyramid factorial equation. Meaning, for each new partner you have that is untested you are basically adding in the risk of not just that one person (Primary) but all the persons they have been with (secondary) and all the partners that those secondary people have been with etc etc.. HIV has been know to take up to 6 months of lag time from exposure to when it shows up on a test but 90 days is normally considered the standard waiting period. So any primary partner you play with who has been with someone in the past 90 days before they were tested still could have given HIV to you. Granted HIV is rare. But HSV is not! HSV cant take 2-3 weeks to show up on test results. 70-80% of the population will test pos for HSV as there are many folks who have the mouth cold sore HSV 1. To keep it simple sometimes in the testing HSV 1 really shows up as HSV2.. SO sometimes this means if you do test positive for HSV 2 it is really only HSV1. This is one reason Planned Parenthood will try to talk you out of this 160$ test One more thing to add. Most people still think as long as they dont have an open HSV 2 genital herpes outbreak they are good to go. This has been found to not be true. There is a relatively new phenomenon recognized in the scientific community called Viral shedding. http://herpes-coldsores.com/viral_shedding.htm Another worry that is rare but possible and I know of a recent case where a person gave someone Oral herpes HSV1 to the genital area of another person. There is also Chlamydia that everyone almost laughs off because a single dose of meds will cure it! The sad thing is if you got CHLAM you could have got HSV or HIV also as they run together. TO explain this if your had a partner that gave you Chlamydia they could have just as eaisly have given you some other things. SO what is the safest thing to do. No play with anyone other than your main partner. But if that is not what you wish then: The safest thing would be for both Prospective couples to stay monogamous for 90 days and then get tested. This is all true to the best of my studies but anyone please feel free to correct me.

Girls that are into DP - How common is this activity among the swingers? - You know what's funny about DVP is if you are with the right couple, DVP is actually not that big of a deal as far as the comments about "not wanting to touch another guy's dick. When you are in this situation, you aren't thinking about the other guys dick. You are more focused on what she is experiencing. It's very hot to see a woman in total sexual bliss while she is stuffed full with two cocks. Although, you have to be somewhat selective and don't try it with two monster cocks if she isn't used to it. That can be more uncomfortable for her than fun. DVP is very hot if you take your time, get her ready for it, lots of foreplay etc.. And for the guys with this macho, homophobic hangup, c'mon already, you know more than anyone if you are gay or not. If you're not, you should be comfortable. I think the guys that have homosexual tendencies are the most hung up about getting labeled homosexual just because they touched another guys dick. If my wife is having fun and getting off on the situation, I don't care what I'm touching. I'm all about pleasing her..

Can\'t seem to get it going. - What to do? - I\'m going to go a little deaper than the responces I have seen so far. First thing, you said that you have been divorced TWICE. That is not deadly in itself, but some personal examination of why is a good thing. For the most part, swingers are not looking for problems or \"bagage\" just fun social and sexual things with folks. I guess what I am suggesting is that you need to be straight out in getting your house in order and yes as others have suggested, a well filled out profile and pics are in order. Some couples like to add a single male, Some couple like to add a single female... but swinging in general is a couples game. Recognize the fact that you are a way over supply of single males that most couples will find you if they have any disire to add a single male. At this point you really do need to be someone that is desirable to that couple. Do your best and hope for the best. Fill out your profile, post a few pics, ( not just cock shots, everyone knows that you have one) Be nice, be personable, be someone that others would enjoy being with and that includes social things as well. OK, TJ off the soap box (TJ = the janitor just cleaning up the place)

Any Swingers out there? Golf swingers that is... - - Hmm... Could be interesting...

We have heard about it many times........... - Couples that are swingers - Again, the intent of this post wasn't to obsess over this one bad time. It was to express our feelings and frustration. The advice everyone has shared with us is very helpful. We just want to avoid this kind of situation in the future. Realistically we do realize that we will come across this sort of thing again but atleast now we will be better prepared to deal with it. We will do things differently next time. Hopefully any simiular couples reading this will also choose not to contact us and the ones that are on our level will.

When does interest become pushy??? - - I've been thinking of this topic a lot since it first came out. I appreciate all of the comments made. EVILDOERS said, "Confidence is sexy", and I agree. I see a coupe of things here worthy of comment. First, in this game, women are totally in control. Sex is probably the strongest power position they have. All men want it, women control it. When they say no, or not interested, it's the end of the line for a man. HOW they say it is different. And how a man receives the rejection is different. Anybody who knows me social or professionally would never characterize me as shy. I'm outspoken and engaged most of the time. Because I've been rejected less than politely for advances in the swingers scene before, and after a lot of retrospection didn't deserve the rudeness of the rebukes, I'm a little more reserved, maybe even gun shy. The fact is, in this lifestyle, no matter how good you are, sooner or later you're going to get rejected. The person doing the rejecting may have had a bad day and be less than polite, but it also could be that you're not handling rejection well. Recently at a meet and greet I made an advance that seemed more than just welcomed, almost asked for, but was politely refused. I misread the signals, obviously. That happens to all of us at some time or another. The lady was polite in her refusal, and I think that's the key. I think at some time or another we all will give signals that welcome an advance, but do so in error. When an advance comes that we don't want we can reject it, but doing so politely is key. It's simple common courtesy. If the person making the advance persist, then something stronger may be necessary. Again, common courtesy would be to desist when told to do so. It's all about treating people with respect. We're in this lifestyle to be sexually connected with others. Advances are generally, but not always, welcome and expected. We need to be polite and respectful in both our advances and rejections, whichever side we're on. Mr. Sexperimentors
