Single Males - Question - As aggravating as it sometimes is, we don't do the block single males option because one of the first swingers we ever had contact with was, and still is, a single guy. On another site we were on we blocked single guys and never heard from our friend, even though we sent him messages from time to time. We finally got an email at our regular mail telling us he couldn't respond to our messages because we had blocked not just the cold messages from unknown guys, but even replies to our own messages. So, if you ever decide to contact that single guy that catches your eye, make sure you unblock or you will never get a reply.

Having been in the lifestyle for a while now, here’s some experiences we’ve had.
Parties with unrestricted access to single males: we attended a party with a ratio of 10 men to each woman, that was not a gang-bang. And only 3-4 of the women were willing to play (Mrs being one of them). It was not as fun and lots of people decided to leave after an hour or so.
Parties with screened single men. These are usually better. These guys usually understand the expectations and are respectful. That being said some “coupled” men have gotten overly aggressive and have been asked to leave. Still these are generally much better, with folks much more relaxed and having a great time. The ladies feel more free to do as they like without feeling like they’ll be swarmed by dicks like they’re in a bukkake film.
Clubs with lots of single men. First, when we arrived there were LOTS of men waiting to get in. Then when we got in, lots of dudes were all over Mrs. She does like the attention, but can get overwhelmed. When she did select a nice, respectful guy to take for some fun, we went to a play room and got undressed, then he let in 3 more dudes. Presumably he had an agreement to let his buddies in, and had not asked Mrs. if that would be okay. We told them to get out, all of them. Had to get staff to assist and escort them out. Never went back. And we’ve been cautious about venues with lots of loose dicks ever since.
So it’s not usually anything about any single man in particular, but experience has shown us, and many in the lifestyle, that having lots of loose dicks about can at best put a damper on a party, and at worst generate lots of drama. And this is why we don’t attend events with lots of single men and very few of any other demographic.

What is up with Utah?! - Swingers in Utah and nowhere else? - We too noticed that the majority of the members are here in the Beehive State. It's really cool that they are, but it was kind of weird at first. "This can't be right, they have to be lying. There is no way there are that many in Utah." Black Ring - Who has theirs and how have they caught on? - We both have black rings and have worn them in public and to places like Habits, etc.. And we've done this off and on for well over 10 years (when we first became aware of what seems to be more or less a swinging urban legend). To date we have NEVER been approached by another couple and asked if we were swingers or anything close to it. Maybe we're just fugly and nobody wants to fuck us but the whole black ring thing is a big FAIL IMHO. Even if it ever did catch on it probably wouldn't take more than a few days to a few weeks for it to get out on social media, etc., and everyone would be looking for swingers with black rings in public (not unlike times we've gone to takeovers and had to wear wrist bands and it quickly got out to hotel staff, other guests, etc. that people wearing wrist bands were there for a swinger event). Most people (not all) involved in swinging really don't want their vanilla friends, family or coworkers...or even strangers to know they're swingers. Most vanillas pretty much classify swingers as worse people than Ashley Madison cheaters and used car salesmen. Much easier in our opinion to "meet" people at dedicated meet and greets or parties or here and other places online than to hope for serendipitous encounters out in public.
