I think you two should keep at it as well. :) You are young and full of energy. Most of us older swingers wish we had the open minds, you do, when we were your age. There are plenty of people that you can connect with both old and young, that don't pay attention to the age thing. With respect to being close friends, you will have factors like experience and maturity factors that come into play. You're at a different stage in your life than older people and more often than not, this can limit your interaction and ability to identify. That being said, you should keep going. Daybreak - Is the Daybreak area a hot spot for people in the LS? - There are a good number of swingers in both Herriman and SoJo (Daybreak) but no it's not even close to the picture you paint. Most of the houses in Daybreak are families with younger -teenage kids. There are a few local hotspots but they are all businesses. There are a few high-profile couples down here, but it's nothing like you have heard. LOL. And keep in mind they are couples, single males are generally called in to be a stunt cock/accessory, its not a roaming free-for-all a single male will just walk into.
searching - search forum topics - If you are really committed here are the steps to use Google to search (yes people the forum is indexed on Google) and then view it the regular viewer on the site. BTWs, it's totally crap that we have to do this and that the site doesn't work.
1) use google.com to search by adding "swingular.com:" in front of your keywords (e.g. "swingular.com:kik". This tells Google to limit results to just this site.
2) Click on the result you like and you'll then be taken to a hideous, somewhat sanitized (vanilla, hehe) view of the post that is totally unreadable. Don't panic yet.
3) Grab the number from the URL (e.g. https://www.swingular.com/swingers/i/16397/KIK-Chat would be 16397)
4) Make sure you are logged into the site and add your number to the post view url of https://www.swingular.com/post.php?_a=view&_PID=[[number here]] and press enter (e.g. https://www.swingular.com/post.php?_a=view&_PID=16397)
5) Come back here and post again about how stupid it is that you have to do that
