fun In central Utah - dying of bordem in central utah - We recently moved to Millard county from salt lake city and havent been able to find any fun anywhere in central utah. No parties, meet n greets, booty calls or clubs. Are there no swingers in central utah. I don't think it is a legal issue, I think it is more of an issue of not knowing for certain if the concept would fly and have enough attendance to justify the massive expense in opening one up. I may decide to do it if it looks like it will be well-attended.

A dance floor is something we were planning, but we would want it in a separate area so there were still areas where people could chat without loud thumping music in their ears.

Being super private, discreet, and extremely safe is something that would be our top priority. We have no desire to have our sexuality on display for the rest of the world either. I am considering making it a private club, which it would probably have to be for legal purposes, and we would have to create some kind of vetting process where you can only become a member if you know a member who can vouch for you, type of thing. That way we can make sure that everyone who is showing up is someone who is either part of the lifestyle already or seriously considering to be part of it. The last thing we want is to have "outsiders" coming just to gawk and potentially cause problems.
Additionally, cameras and cell phones would have to be left upon entrance so there would be no risk of cameras on site that could compromise the privacy of the guests.

Anyone else notice a lack of swinger hangouts? - Aside from some random dive bar, there is a lack of a real swinger hangout. - So, in the forums ive combed through for swinger hangouts. Aside from making new friends where we meet them and then invite them over for fun later (which dont get us wrong we love and will still be doing that) BUT, aside from some closed down bars and clubs swingers in slc, ogden, provo and tooele seem to be without a place to hang out. Hell ive heard little and less about even just identifying each other aside from one remark on lifestyle bracelets and more or less using swingular to meet up. Facebook and the lifestyle - Can Facebook be TMI with the lifestyle? - Ms. Evil and I were talking this morning about the the lifestyle in the age of Facebook. She mentioned that she kind of feels like there is the possibility of learning TOO much about your lifestyle friends when you're also on their Facebook feed. Especially in the hyperpolarized world we live in right now she thinks that maybe knowing too much about other swingers can make it harder to connect sexually with them. In fact, more than once, I've walked into the bedroom to find her on her laptop reading something a swinger friend has posted on Facebook with steam coming out of her ears (yeah we made an appt. with an ENT to get that checked out). I think it's gotten so bad at times that she's totally lost her 'lady wood' for a few of our lifestyle friends. I'm not really on Facebook so it hasn't affected me (other than her maybe not being as excited about possibly hooking up with some couples because they are so adamant in their views and express them so vigorously on Facebook). Just wondering what everyone thinks. Does Facebook (and learning all the dirty details about other couples) affect how you start to think about them?
