A Huge Thank You! - Nightshade Grand Opening - We had an AMAZING, sexy time masturbating furiously and talking about what it might have been like if we'd been there. Next time you have a party we might even drive over and sit in the parking lot and do the same thing because we're total badass swingers like that! Party Etiquette - How do people manage risks? - Mr here. So, the party that we went to before Halloween was a good party. It seemed much like another orgy that I participated in a few years ago, except this time I had Ms. Honeybunny with me :) That made me a little more aware of how people were interacting with each other, and I have a few questions about etiquette in those situations. Obviously, protection is important for a number of reasons, and pretty much everybody there was using condoms, cleaning toys after use, etc. However, one thing that I did not notice anybody using was dental dams or any kind of protection for oral sex. In a world where 70% of Americans have some form of herpes, for example, how do you deal with the risk of contracting it if you don't? Or what if you have other STDs? I would hope that if you have a temporary STD like chlamydia you would avoid lifestyles events until it cleared up, but nobody was talking about it. What if you have a more permanent STD, like the herpes mentioned above? Or AIDS? Or HPV? Two of those are really common, but also relatively harmless; do people just assume that other swingers do/don't have them or that the risk in not meaningful? I didn't really hear anybody talking about it, but I"m not sure if that's unusual or not. What's the typical protocol for situations like that? Also, now that I'm thinking about it. What would be the protocol if you DID pick something up from an event?

Why do people.... - Booty calls -
Seriously.... We're supposed to be open minded, swinging people and this site is about as judgmental as anything I have ever seen.
First, about "rules" and things, and people complaining when someone "breaks" them. In any group of people there are going to be expected ways of behaving and doing things, no matter how open minded the people in the group are. For example, take a group of folks who pride themselves on being "free" and doing what they want to do, the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club. They have a set of bylaws maybe an inch thick, telling members what to do or not do. Swingers in general are more open minded than most, or they wouldn't be doing this. That's why I like them so much. By being swingers, they automatically have at least one attitude that I really like. But not necessarily all swingers are all that open minded, sometimes it's limited to paying no attention to who society says you should or shouldn't be having sex with. People have their prejudices and expectations regarding others, no matter what they're doing. This'll sound like my rant, and I suppose to some extent it is. I've never posted a booty call, and I never will. And I've only ever responded to one of them. Why? Because I know it'll be a waste of time because of peoples' assumptions and expectations. Like you, I'm not uber any of those things, except maybe smooth if you're talking about body hair, which I doubt you are. I'm good looking, not fat, and am probably the most non-judgmental and open minded guy you'll ever run into. Unless someone does or says something just plain mean to or about someone else, then I get pissed off and my normal open mindedness gets kind of lost. But I do have a really big issue finding people, let alone single girls, to play with. Why? because I'm old. And pretty much everyone has all kinds of assumptions about that. It makes no difference that I don't act, or think, or have any of the attitudes someone "my age" is assumed to have. It doesn't matter that I look, based on what other people think, literally decades (well, 2 of them, that

Fun bar to meet people at in slc - - If you're just dropping in to pick-up a woman (or vice versa) to bang and have a few laughs with over the next few months Club 90 is hard to beat. It's not necessarily a swingers club and I wouldn't expect to meet any without some pre-planning. Basically Club 90 is filled with lots of divorced men and women looking to replace the old schmuck with a new schmuck. Again not a swingers specific crowed, but if you want to meet a lot of single and fun people Liquid Joe's on Saturday night can be a blast, especially if their house band The Spazmatics (or Metal Gods, same group, just different music) are playing. The Crowd at Liquid Joe's probably averages 10 to 15 years younger than Club 90. I have seen folks from the LS community at both places. But it's not what most are there for and you'll probably just be knowledged with a nod if they recognize you... anyhoo... hope the helps.

Are we doing something wrong? - - Southernfox, Did you expect to put up a profile and then have couples knocking down your door? Swingers are people, just like everyone else, we have personal tastes, likes, dislikes, preferences, or desires. You are not going to be a perfect match to everybody, Do you remember what it was like to be a single guy looking? thats alot like swinging. You go out, meet people, put up the best fight you can, put your hook in the water and hope. Then go home alone 98% of the time. Lick your wounds, learn from your mistakes and get over it Your profile says you want to get out of the house, why not meet and greets? We have driven 4 hours from where we live to meet some cool new people at some of the secret desire parties. You are less than and hour away...if it doesn't work out, or it isn't fun..split, go get a movie and muchies and chalk it up. What do you have to lose? As for the women wanting your wife and not you...come on man, 98% of the women on this site are Bi or Bi-curious, if your looking for a girl for yourself look for the 2% of us that are straight. Or get a hooker, no strings there! Basically my advice to you is to put up or shut up, you will only get something out of this if you put effort into it. Nobody is going to chase you. P.S. To the ones who have said swingular doesnt work for them....we have tried other sites that didn't do it for us, for the same reason I imagine you don't have luck on this one. Most of the people on this site are from Ut, others are Nevada based, or New York, or wherever. Stick to one closer to home or do a google search and find one closer to home. Its not the site, its the people on it.

Are swingers moral? - Who determines what morals are? - Speaking of college papers, I actually wrote one on this topic. The "moral" of the story was that sex only becomes immoral if you lie about it. The whole concept of marriage boils down to a contract between two parties. That contract can be written or altered to reflect the preferences of the parties involved. From a religious stand point, "Thou shalt not commit adultery", again adultery implies dishonesty. Swinging does not involve dishonesty, it is an open an honest expression of sex.

LDS Swingers Survey - Will any former/active LDS swingers take my survey? - and done!

Hello summer - Swingers couple party - Let's hear the explanation

Age differences - How do you handle it - We2, I can understand what you are saying. My first wife was 16 years older then I and my current wife is 6 years younger. First wife helped me to mature early and quickly and current wife keeps me young and on my toes. Seems like most everyone feels similar to us. Maybe the people having the conversation we were involved in should have said the younger swingers that were at the party they were referring to were not as mature instead of saying they are more into flirting and dirty dancing rather then playing.

UNIVERSAL "SWINGER" SIGN - UNIVERSAL "SWINGER" SIGN - Is there a Universal sign for Swingers? And if there is not, there should be! How many times have you been in a bar or out with your partner and spotted a nice looking couple and wondered???Are they??? What can you say without embarrassing yourself or them by saying, "hey are you in the lifestyle?" We did some looking and found this website http://www.swingrings.com/index.html take a look and tell your friends it would be great if it worked....AND WE ARE NO WAY ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PRODUCT just like the idea so we all can quit guessing. If you know of anything tell the world.
