Jealousy - Coping tips for the beginning swinger - I've read the articles on the site about jealousy, but I am hoping that some of you more seasoned swingers can give me some advice. Remembering back to when you first started, were there any times that jealousy and hurt crept up, despite your willingness to let your partner play? How did you deal with this (obviously besides talking it through with your partner?) For me, I can logically work through it, and know how I should feel, especially given the fact that I've been on the other side of things for 4 years, but now having him play, it makes me feel insecure and a little hurt. Invatation to swingers. - open letter against Dr. Phil - Below is a copy of my post to Dr. Phils boards concerning the evils of swinging.His mods would not let it be posted as written. Gee I wonder why.
I considered addressing this post to Dr. Phil, but as I do not think he really cares what anyone other than himself thinks, feels, or believes anyway, I will simply post it. The last time I checked, Dr. Phil was a man not unlike any other. He does not possess superhuman strength or any other ability. He is simply a man.
It is not responsible, In My opinion, to ever assume that ones beliefs are the only, or correct beliefs. There is a huge difference between believing something and knowing it to be fact and Dr. Phil, again, just my opinion, lets himself forget that.
I would not be upset if Dr. Phil said,

How Old Is Old - - My two cents is....Why should I open myself up like a flower and let every bee take some of my pollen dust....No that is never going to happen lol.
I don't care about age nor does the hubby. We are not the oldest or the youngest....Probably right in the middle. Being in the middle you get pulled from both ends....One will win while the other might not. However, if I open my mind I like to take my time and enjoy the splender in all of it. Mostly having the right connection is KEY to everything and everyone!
We have been lied to a time or two about ages and been suddenly surprised but, we still had a great time and may not and usually does not end in sex on the first time. Takes us a while to find a couple that we like and who likes us for who we are too!
I personally do not like to be told I do not have an open mind from people way older or way younger. As we are SWINGERS which to some means you are EASY...Which is not true in any way and why some bottom feeders make it hard for other then cry out for the unjustice.....Ummm Sex is about feeling alive and if you make us not feel that way, no matter the age. Because most women in the life-style are bi-sexual to varying degrees, and most men are not. Not even a little bit. Thus, MFF becomes the "third wheel" combination that most swinger couples can enjoy together. (Versus MMF, which is really more just about pleasing the female).
Why is is to hard for a single-male to find a couple to play with? Well, see above.. most couples don't want MMF... and those that DO want MMF have about 10,000 of you to choose from. Supply and demand.

Yup. Tons more bi gals than bi guys. Probably 'cause, for just bunches of reasons, it's a lot more "acceptable" for a gal to like playing with gals than it is for guys to like playing with guys. And, as much as some of us see ourselves as rejecting society's "norms" and doing what we ourselves think is right, or acceptable, we still grew up in that society, had its standards pounded into us for years, and just can't truly get completely away from all of them. What to wear to a swingers party??? - - At most the functions we go to, women wear sexy. Dresses, skirt & blouse, jeans etc. Guys are anywhere from casual jeans and nice shirt to dress pants and nice shirt....
Identifying Swingers! - Lots of talk and now some action! :) - I think it's cool. I would definelty wear it because I could give a fuck what people think. However, it's not as discrete as it should be, if you are targeting everyone in community. An innertwined couple is cool though. It is cool that you are taking the bull by the horns.

what the f#%@ was he thinking? - swingers still deserve respect - That e-mail was totally out of line and I would like to say on my behalf as a single male, I would never conduct myself in such a manner. If I were expecting to be a guest, then that is what I would be. The agressors are truly insecure. Sometimes too I wonder if some 14 year old didn't get access to an account or something like that.
None the less I continue to witness such a sensitivity to single males almost to the degree that saying hello is out of line. I guess that looks like another agressor. I do not want to come across as a whiner but it really makes it difficult for those of us who are hoping to make a connection somewhere.
One more thing to the originator, HOTTYZX2; you are a great looking couple and there is no reason you shouldn't have the kind of fun you are looking for. Hang in there, take care of yourselves and counsel one another about how to deal with such nonsense as the e-mail you received.
