Damn Utah couples! :) - - (This should start a little debate and raise the hair on a few people's necks) There are many hotties in Utah. Sexy, fun, people who are great to hang with (and play with). Well.... If you think you want to go to Utah to meet these sexy people, we suggest a visit NOT a permanent relocation. We lived in Florida for 10 years and then moved our family to Utah for 5 years. Its hard to describe how difficult it is to live a "normal" life in Utah because the Mormons control so much of the total "consciousness" in the state. Especially if your wife and kids are Catholic. Utah is beautiful and the people are nice. However you almost have to go "underground" in order to have real fun and enjoy things that elsewhere are commonplace. The government, liquor laws, and the social interactions are heavily controlled by the Moron church. The mainstream populace, as well as the non-mormon citizens, are heavily influenced by the Church and because its everywhere... it seems normal. Its hard to see what I'm talking about until you get out of there and look back. Utah is a great place to visit, a great place to ski and play, but its definitely not "The Place" for free-thinking swingers types. Disclaimer: I grew up LDS in Utah. Graduated from high school and a major University in Utah before moving out of state. Most of my family is still there. Growing up in Zion everything seems normal until you live elsewhere and move back.... then you realize how the Mormon church controls almost all aspects of life there. We return to go skiing and visiting family multiple times each year. Its a great place to be from. Now if you live in Utah, there is no need to get all pissed off and write a diatribe about how much you love your state. I love Utah too. I just hate the heavy-handedness and the hypocrisy of the faithful. There is also no need to try to explain how you get along just fine in the Beehive state... I'm sure you do. Unless you grew up as a Utah Mormon, moved away for an extended time (no, a mission, or a cruise to Mexico, doesn't count), and then moved back to experience the contrast, you don't have a real understanding what I'm talking about. :p BLUEDECEMBER... Rather than travel to Utah for fun.... why not travel to "full-swap land" for an even better adventure??

The real trick of having something that both shows your lifestyle and at the same time being innocent is being ready to go one way or the other when asked. Our family sees our boat's name (Swingtide) as just a nautical thing about the change in tides and how it matched a change in our life too. In most towns asking about a Swing Club would be hard because there are not that many and lots swingers don't go the club route. We remain a hidden community connected in groups here and there be it online places like this or clubs or just local groups of friends - we miss out on a lot of new friends because we have no clue who is who most of the time. They need to add a wrist band for couples willing to play with single guys (or not willing). I guess it could get a bit complex - Bi female of full swap/same room/couple sometimes willing to play with single female or a single guy . . . how many wrist bands would that be? Mormons - - What a interesting topic, I have to put in my two cents. I am from Amesfoort, Holland. I moved to Utah when I was young and grew up in SLC in the winter, returning to Holland some summers. (A unique perspective) Now with my wife, I have not meet any LDS swingers. But our circle of friends is not LDS ether. But while I was single I meet many Mormon girls that a great interest in me. Some tried to convert me (HAHAHAHHAHAHAAHAHAHHAHAHAHAH.... no) and some had no intention of converting me, although may have used it as an excuse to talk to me. There are many benifiets for staying in the church, and growing up non-lds can be a lonely affair in Utah. I think that many pretend to believe, because they need the support of the community, friends, and family. But many do want they want behind closed door. And I am sure the Internet is a great escape for them as well. I have been far and wide in this world, and most people are all the same. Yeah they may not be that open but everyone has to get to their own freedom in their own way and own time. So many of them just chat, and disappear when it comes down to meeting. But in my single days I had girls from the church meet me in private, and well. :) I used to like to think that is was because I was a hottie. but I think I have come to realize it was them who was hot, and needed release, and trusted me to be quiet about it. I am sure many think about swinging. But I doubt many would even talk to their spouse about that. The one issue I have with the Church is that they tend to control through fear, and I bet many guys and girls would like to bring up the topic. But fear their spouse will freak and they will be in front of the bishop. Most be a scary place to be, I am very lucky to have been raised in a very liberal, open, agnostic home. That upbringing seems to leave so many insecurity's, and doubts about ones self. anyway sorry to be long winded.
