Since you seem to think your reading comprehension skills are vastly superior to mine, please point out to me where the above ALLOWS participation by someone who is not MARRIED, and not IN A COMMITTED, STEADY RELATIONSHIP, who engages in consensual sexual activities with other individuals WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE OTHER SPOUSE OR PARTNER.
Sure, I could very easily have taken the survey and pretended I was the male side of just such a relationship, as is described in the criteria for taking the survey.
But I'm NOT.
And THAT is quite simply what I'm trying to point out to everyone.
IF you read the instructions, it's CLEAR that only those in a committed relationship are welcome to participate - thus eliminating non-committed SINGLES of either sex from participation.
WHY IS IT SO HARD FOR EVERYONE TO COMPREHEND THAT?
And as for question # whatever, I have NO clue what any of the questions are because I did NOT take the survey.
I wasn't invited to take it - I am expressly eliminated from eligibility to take it.

The instructions clearly state that I - as a single - am not welcome to open the door, so how am I to know what the questions inside are?

TEMPTATIONS ( CANCUN ) - CRAZY PARTY AND FUN - We have been to Temptations and the OP is correct it’s a non stop party with all inclusive drinks and food. However no playroom and not too many swingers and topless optional only. There is a quiet pool for those who want to relax.
We have reservations for their sister resort Desire Maya Pearl in June. That resort is clothing optional, a playroom and I am sure a party atmosphere also based on previous experience with this group of resorts and cruises. It is also a couples only and while we are going with other swingers we hope to meet more swingers while we are there.
It’s all a matter of what your looking for.
How to identify yourself as a Swinger - - FWIW we're on several other swing sites and one of them has an app for your smartphone that will alert you if you are close to another swinger (assuming they also have the app and it's enabled) and allows you to text them. I think is a forced meme with more fuzz than action. But is relatively new, 4 yrs at most. You haven't missed anything. We would not approach anyone using an upside down pineapple because there are plenty of safer, foolproof ways to meet playbuddies. Also, what if I'm wearing a pineapple upside down at the mall and a single male approaches us about it? My pineapple will for sure go up his ass and then I'll lose it.
