But when you sit down and hang out you find that we are all so similar. We wanna live happily, feel safe, and have a little fun when we can.
What the world needs right now is love and compassion, not finger pointing and blame. No more so than Catholic swingers, or Baptist swingers, or Jehovah's Witness swingers or Muslim swingers (I could go on.). All of which we've met over the years. You can certainly question how someone might rationalize fucking other people recreationally with belief in any given religion, most of which I'm certain wouldn't condone swinging. But it's not really all that different from how most people in the vanilla world view sexual fidelity even when religion isn't in play.
Friends or swinging partner - - That's not really an easy question to answer. We've met a bunch of couples just once. We generally don't hop into bed on the first date, but it does happen. I think there have been couples that we've hopped into bed with that we might not see in other than swinger settings, but we definitely have friends we swing with that we would and do. There are swinger couples we'd really like to spend vanilla time with but just haven't had the time. Candycanepa is right in that this is a swingers site for swinging friends, so the intent is to find friends to hop into bed with. We're a super busy couple. He travels 4-5 days a week and, like a lot of you, we have kids at home. That makes it tough to have time to really have close friends, swinger or vanilla.

Is it that a single swinging female is all that elusive, or is it just more likely that a woman who's secure enough in who she is to have a liberated lifestyle is probably more likely to have a boyfriend / husband? Thus making it a simple fact of life and society that the whole concept of a liberated single female is for the most part a myth or at best a temporary state.
Guys are programmed to be tomcats. There comes a time when "every boy must become a man". But little girls are taught that "sex is something only for your husband".
Society accepts single males prowling about generally - that's why when a single guy get shat upon in a swingers site, the resultant wailing bears striking resemblance to a chorus of whining mules. They don't get it: "They don't like me? Why? I'm hot..." Now if a woman were to go out there looking for it, then she's branded a home-wrecker, "slut", "whore", or worse. Tell me you'd sign up for that cruise?
IMHO: I think when a couple starts kvetching about the lack of single females, they might do well to have a look at why it is that they want just a woman and not her S/O. Chances are, deep down those same paradigms that are causing the lack of single females are deeply rooted in their own attitudes.

Swingers Vacation Spots - Help us - I always here about Hedo as the place to be for swingers and we have discussed going there too, but have heard some stories that there are mostly men there. Point in case I had 3 male friends go. Is there a certain time of year that is better for couples to go?
