If they're your friends, it couldn't hurt to ask - we don't exactly stand on ceremony here. How do you know you'd love to play with them if you haven't met them IRL, though?
It helps if you have a profile pic, can hold a conversation and show interest in the actual person, not just her possible available holes.

Yes, be willing to find a way to host; otherwise it looks like you're out to go get your rocks off and leave, which treats the person like a resource rather than a person. If you want sex that's essentially a service you will have to pay for it, sorry. There may be much more personal effort required to get laid here than you realized on joining up (unless you'd settle for hooking up with other guys who seem willing to hit anything anywhere indiscriminately).
