100% sober non tipsy?
Sometime yes sometimes no. Depends on what's happening and when it's happening. I'd say in general neither of us are usually very tipsy by the time things usually get started (which is more often than not too damn late!) We rarely drink to excess anymore...although Ms. Evil is tiny so it really doesn't take much to get her drunk. Sex is way more fun sober. But we'd both have to be REALLY drunk for TVP. Like totally passed out drunk and/or even slowly leaving behind this mortal coil.
A mix for us. Usually has a lot to do with who is the DD. If someone has to get drunk to play (liquid courage) then some introspection may be in order. That being said, we've certainly been very quite lubricated at times.
My wife can stand the smell so its 100% sober for her my self if we have a room in the place we are meeting I have 1 shot of vodka since i'm not a group type of person at big parties other than that i'm 100% sober and evil my wife said: they would have to pay her 1 billion to tvp or tap befor she would even think about it.
Oh, well if we're taking bids I'm pretty fuckin' sure Ms. Evil would do TVP for a billion...probably for a million. Hell, I'd probably do it for a million.

Both depends on the occasion, and how comfortable I am. I am ok staying sober either way though.

Am with you, depends on the occasion. Overall I would tend to smoke more where possible than drink. Many times meeting for dinner or at a club drinking is accepted not 420. Hopefully Florida might follow more progressive states some day. Thinking Florida we might have quite the wait.
House parties I attend both are accepted. Am like Ms. Evil and doesn't take much. 420 is always more enjoyable to me. At a bar or dinner prefer Peligrino or similar.
Depends on how hot the couple is. If they're Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, game on! If they're closer to Steve Buscemi and Rosie O'Donnell then we definitely self medicate. Hell, we've been known to roofie ourSELVES! 
Hmmm ... One drink, other than that 100% sober = is there such an animal?
