Do like we did and have a piece of steel made with an threaded coupler welded to it install it in the attic and that is where the eye bolt thread into through the drywall. Very secure and not going anywhere.
We have the spinning sex swing as seen on Healthy and Active, but purchased it for half the price on eBay. We hid the attach bolt in a ceiling light fixture in our family room. No one can see it. We mostly play one-on-one in it, but have used it with another couple. It gives excellent access to the woman's tits while someone else is working her pussy.

I went up in my attic & put a couple of 2x4s across the stringers, the strong way. I screwed the 2x4s together with 3" drywall screws in a zig-zag pattern & then drilled a 3/8" hole through the center. I then used a 3/8" eye bolt for the connection to the hook on the swing. We stress tested it with 3 people. It's solid.

I attended a hotel party with a swing once.... It didn't attach to the ceiling at all which I really liked. Much entertainment was provided by three naked men reading instructions and assembling something that looked like a tent frame. I will have to dig up my photos of it.
