At what point are you a swinger?
Is it simply the action of knowing your secure enough to allow each other to enjoy the company of another , or once you have actually done it.
Not questioning our ability to find pleasure in the arms of another couple. However the fact remains we still never have.
We were lucky enough to to have been involved in a couple hazy threesomes. (same partner)
So...... are we swingers or something in between ?

Gotta love semantics. What is your definition of a swinger? Merriam Webster defines a swinger thusly:
a : a person who is lively, exciting, and up-to-date
b : one who engages freely in sex
There are those who would use the term in a variety of different ways. Some would vehemently deny that single people could be swingers and fall back on a previously used term of "wife swapping". Bottom line, a swinger, to you, is whatever YOU decide one is and if you consider yourself a swinger then you're a swinger. Someone else's definition is meaningless. JMHO

You are who and what you want to be, You are just adventurous until you want something more then that then you are or could be a Swinger when you feel it fits.

I am a widower. My late wife and I were swingers in the Seattle/Tacoma area for years. I remained a swinger when she died. A year ago I moved to be close to my grandkids and even though I would like to continue, the clubs out here don't want single men; even if they have 25 years experience in the lifestyle. Find me a private party though, and I will be there.
