3 weeks back from backpacking through europe and I have the vacation bug again. We don't have a lot of time off work, but I think we could negotiate a fri, sat, sun, and early mon off of work. So now, finances are holding us back. Wanted to know if anyone wanted to try to plan a getaway with us to split costs. We are thinking vegas, disneyland, new orleans, tampa, washington dc, or coastal oregeon.

I second LadyJedi's opinion. There's a whole ton of stuff to do in Orlando besides hanging out with the mouse. Everything is located pretty close to Interstate 4, so you can save some money by staying a short drive from the attractions while everyone else tries to get as close as they can - costing them big hotel bills. Wherever you decide to go - have a GREAT vacation!
