INSTANT MESSENGER
We are proud to announce our newest feature: Instant Messenger. This new feature will allow you to chat one on one with other members. It also has webcam/video capabilities so you can see who you are chatting with!
It's Facebook style and it's at the bottom of every page you view. You can even do group text chatting and create rooms.
You can start a chat with anyone who is online however, remember, not everyone will have the IM turned on so just because they are online, does not mean they can chat.
You can also play head to head games with each other. These are all ad-supported but we don't have a choice.
For those of you who wish to turn this feature off, you will soon be able to do so from your Profile Settings.

DNow this is just Awesome...this feature will put Swingular ahead of all the rest.
When I have facebook chat on (and this seems to be the same) it bogs down the computers really bad (not just mine either) and this seems to be doing the same...pages are terribly slow loading and some mail we can't even open...just freezes up...can't wait to be able to turn off this feature...but it is wonderful to see you guys adding more great features to our already absolutely wonderful site...great job...kisses...Naugh-Ty
*Edit* I just figured out how to "go offline" and I do have to say it makes a huge difference in how fast the pages load....still a cool feature though

This is a great feature and adds more personalization to this site - thank you!
This feature has been temporarily disabled. It has been causing the site to come to a slow crawl. So until we can figure out the bottlenecks, it will not be available.

could you make it optional? Those that liked it can use it and those that didn't can opt out? or is that still going to make the site crawl?
