The main thing you want to do is not put yourself into a situation you are going to be uncomfortable with. Make sure you both agree on which you want to start with. Is he going to be comfortable with only another male in the room or vise versa. I would suggest you start out with someone you are comfortable with and if things go well broden your horizon. I've been involved in many Threesomes over the years and it boils down to want are you two wanting ? Are you looking for MFM or FMF ? That's what you need to determine before you can move forward.
