Why promote her? Pretty sure she will have her own reality show and enough fame out of being his mistress. Maybe if they had an "open" relationship, but considering that was not the case, I think this has received enough publicity.
As true as that may be, I'm sure there are a lot of people who would still love to see her topless in person. So we're not necessarily promoting her rather than informing those who would want to see her.
