My earlier posts are pretty clear, I am against using force to take money from one group to give it to another, I am tired of the trillions we spend doing so, I am tired of looking to government for our every need. First of all, I do not blain Rocky for wanting to live here. It's still the best place on earth to live.
But no matter how nice a person is, no matter how much a person wants to stay, no matter what their situation is. If they come here under any circumstance other than a legal mean, they should not be allowed to stay. Rocky I'm sure is a hell of a guy, but would his or any other country allow any of us to just move in and call it home? No and if you did, you would go to jail because you would be a criminal. Not kindly escorted back to your home country in a respectful manner like we will treat offenders of our immigration laws at our own tax payers cost. If Rocky is sent home and starts to gain legal status to come back, I wish him all the luck in the world, but I will not help him in this case. There are millions of good people just like him in this country illegally. Colectivly they are a huge drain on this countries legal citizens in many ways, look at just how many schools no longer can afford to opperate. It's all related in some form, money lost to illegal immegrants could fund the schools completely ( $100,000,000 per year would do wonders) I wish the folks of this country would wake up to the big picture, our future as a free nation is quickly slipping a way due to our giving nature of the ones who manipulate our system. anyway...there is nothing we can do about immigration and jose illegal coming over. both sides are fighting a losing battle...cuz if we open the flood gates, then the problems it causes will get worse, if we build a wall and shoot on site, they will still come over, it doesnt really matter. my suggestion, as ive said before...if you are so worried about it, do something. vote on a local level, on a state level...voice your opinion there...thats the only thing thats gonna help.
until the problem is solved, imho, you should all try to treat your fellow man with respect...you know, the golden rule? you might have an illegal who flips you off in traffic, or you might have an illegal who stops and helps you change your tire on a busy freeway..we are all human beings, so we should all at least try to live among eachother without treating people like they are lesser because of their legal/illegal status. i know i dont go around checking peoples papers, this isnt wartime fricken germany. i leave that to the cops.
to me, its kinda neat living in a country where every one in the world would rather be.

Backing off is not easy to do, good job. I never take anything in these debates personally; it is easy to not understand humor or what people are trying to say.
