I had deactivated my account before all the redesign took place. Now I can't find out how to reactivate my profile on the site. Help, please.
We had they same issue. We ended up calling the Help line. 877-839-0045 (Mon - Fri 8am to 8pm MTN Sat/Sun 10am - 2pm MTN) It took at most 2 minutes to reactivate our account.
