From a mans stanpoint we may wish that size doesn't matter but we would only be fooling ourselves. Sorry. I have had a 10" and I have had a 5". If they know what they are doing it's no different. Maybe I'm just lucky and my G spot is easy access. And lets face it, some places 10" is TOO MUCH.
