As much as we wish things went completely smooth when transitioning to the new design, there is always a chance of a few bugs here and there.

Most problems that members are experiencing are because your browser is holding an old copy of the websites data files. You need to refresh these files and can do so by pressing CTRL-F5 or CMD-R on Mac on the page you are having problems with. If this does not fix your problem, then post your bug here.

My question wasn't "who can view our pics". I was asking what the restrictions were for public profile pic? Before the upgrade, it would show what was acceptable and what was not. Looking at some profiles shows that there may not be restrictions any longer (ie-pussy shots, cock shots, couples having intercourse).
For all of you not able to email from the profile, you need to press CTRL-F5 (MAC: CMD+R)from the profile window to reset your browsers, this is not a bug.
DRAG & DROP PHOTO SORTING HAS BEEN FIXED.

Make changes to the profile and click on the UPDATE Button and nothing happens.

This also applies to everyone else who cannot update their profile. You most likely didn't update a required selection so it will not let you continue until you do so.

On an iPhone there is no way to get rid of it, and it blocks all links to other pages.
It is making it impossible to view Swingular on a mobile device.

1. This isn't a bug with our site but rather a known bug with IE6 and IE7. We do not support IE6 or IE7 anymore as IE8 has been available for quite some time now, is a free upgrade and fixes a lot of bugs and security holes. It is highly recommended that you upgrade to IE8 for your own safety or download and use a faster, safer browser such as Firefox, Chrome or Opera.
In the meantime, we have applied a special fix just for IE7 users.

3. LOL, this is something we overlooked, thanks for letting us know.
Remember, we can't fix what we don't know is broken so please let us know if you find anything. It is best to email the administrator with these issues as we don't check the forums to often.

Okay, I have tried several times to update our profile. I've gone to every page, and everything is green. I don't know if this is because we went from single to couple, or what, but it will not allow us to save any information on the male half of the couple. When we are inputting the age and appearance stuff at the top, like birthdate and body type, I get the green "ok" but when I click the "update" button at the bottom of the page, it navigates to a blank page, and when I check again, it still has NO information about him saved-everything is either blank or says "not specified." Also, seriously, the wait on calling the 877 number is ridiculous. I tried calling to deal with this, and several weeks ago for another issue, and I was on hold for an hour before I got a message saying "try again later," after which, it hung up on me.
