One of our biggest goals with the new design of Swingular is to put a huge emphasis on promoting events and parties. With this new system, promoters and party hosts now have a home on Swingular. You will have to register your event or party with us and in return, you will get maximum exposure to our members and possible guests looking for parties from around the world.

Your home will have a custom created logo that will also display on the home and events pages next to your current event listing. It will have a calendar of upcoming events, an about us section, photo galleries, links to your profile for contacts, links to your webpage if you have one, and links to your Swingular Group if you have one.

When one of your events is viewed, it will display details about the event and allow you to post an image ad as well. If you are a Preferred Host, your image ad will also be displayed front and center on the home page. Details about Preferred Hosts will be announced later.

Your page will also allow your guests to RSVP to your event and will show all of the members who are currently planning on attending. The RSVP's will have a 'hidden' option to allow guests to RSVP without showing themselves in the 'Who's Attending' list. Only you will be able to see 'hidden' guests. You will be able to print out guest lists for those who have RSVP'd.

As an option, you will also be able to utilize our ticketing system to allow your guests to purchase tickets in advance. We accept all credit cards types. Our fees will be the lowest in the industry. By utilizing our ticket system, you encourage your guests to commit to your party in advance allowing you to plan your event better. The tickets that the guest will receive will be bar coded and emailed as a PDF to restrict forgeries. You will be able to compare the tickets to your printed guest list for verification. Payments can be paid by PayPal or check and will be sent out immediately following the event.

If you utilize the Evite system, you will be able to link your Evites to your events page so members can click the Evite button and be taken to your Evite to register for your event.

All of this can be managed from a new control panel only available to those who have registered. You will be able to add, edit and delete as many events/parties as you wish. You will be able to select a venue that is currently listed in our Clubs database so members can easily click to get venue information, or you can enter your own Venue Information. If you do not want to give out the venue information, you can just enter Private Venue or TBA. As mentioned earlier, you'll also have the ability to upload your Event Image Ad if you have one.

NOW HERE IS THE IMPORTANT PART

YOU MUST REGISTER with us to be able to post your events.

TO REGISTER, you must have a name for your event or party, such as: The Spice Party or Purrfect LV or Secret Desires. If you do not have one, now is the time to come up with one. As part of your registration, we will need to create a custom Swingular logo for you. If you have a current logo, please submit it with your registration and we will add it to our custom design. We will then allow you to approve the logo before it is used. If you do not have a current logo, we will create one for you which you will be allowed to use anywhere you wish.

To submit your registration, you will be required to provide us with all of your event information.

YOU MUST REGISTER if you wish to post any kind of event or party that IS NOT a non-recurring house party. Otherwise, you will not be allowed to post in the forums or on the calendar.

PRIVATE PARTIES by individual members will have their own section for posting parties and will not be required to register as long as they are not for profit or recurring house parties.

You can SUBMIT your registration by emailing the ADMINISTRATOR the following:

  • The name of your party/event: ie. The Spice Party... Jim & Tina's Parties, etc...
  • About Us Information. This should be at least 2 to 3 paragraphs.
  • Website address if you have one.
  • Do you have a logo? Yes or No
  • Are you interested in becoming a Featured Listing?


If you have a website, you will need to post our banner on your website. It must be a static banner clearly visible and reachable by anyone who accesses your website. It is preferable to be posted on your main page however, if that is not possible, it must not be no more than one click away from the index page. This must be done in advance before you can get approved. Our banners are available at the bottom of this and all pages through the LINK TO US link.

EVENT POSTING POLICY: You are not allowed to post any event that is sponsored by or promoting for a competing dating site or social network. A competing dating site/social network is defined as any website that is a membership based website for meeting others. Sponsorship is defined as anything for offer in return for advertising/promotional opportunities for the sponsor. Promoting is defined as promoting or advertising for the competing business. Exceptions to this policy can be made by contacting us in advance. If a violation of this policy is found, your event posting privileges will be revoked and any fees paid will not be refunded.

REGISTRATION FEES: Some promoters will be required to pay a non-refundable fee of $25 to be added to the system. This fee is an administrative fee and is not a guarantee for the ability to add events. This fee is required on a case by case basis. Please contact us to see if you are required to pay this fee.
