1: Admin is on vacation. The site crashed recently and Admin & Tech guy are still working out the bugs. I assume that once he gets back things will move more quickly.
2: See above. It\'s a fairly recent problem, and with the problems the crash caused the \"bad poster\" dilema is a secondary issue. I\'m sure it will be dealt with though.
