Hello all you Swingularite's! I have a question. I'm seriously considering getting a boob job but I'm really weary of the idea because of some of the work I've seen from women on this site. Would you be willing to help me out and post your boob jobs on here so we can see what people like and don't like in order to give me a better idea of the majority opinion? I'm especially interested in seeing the ones where the nipples are pointing in different directions and where it looks like there are two melons shrink wrapped onto your chest. In case my outcome is similar I'm interested in knowing if people will still find my breasts attractive.

With all do respect...I get so tired of hearing people say oh your boobs are fine...you don't need to have them done...yada yada yada...I know how it feels to have something that maybe everybody can't see and I hate explaining to everyone...I know alot of people like natural but you don't have to look at them in the mirror every day...if that is what YOU want to do to make YOU feel better about YOU...then do it...please just make sure and shop around for a doctor...don't go for the best price cuz getting what you pay for is especially true with boobs...look at as much of their before and after work as you can...I have a couple names I have looked into and have it narrowed down to...if you would like them let me know...good luck and can't wait to see your end result...Kisses...Naugh-Ty
Hi Ammend, I've got several friends that got implants, and they all agree on one thing,,, only go up one cup size. Doctors all have a problem with making them look natural when trying to jump up 2 cup sizes. Going for too big causes that look of inverted soup bowls around the lower outside of the breast. Two of my friends had to go back to have them raised up as they do drop after about 4 years. So, if you do get implants, please don't complain about the size of a penis a guy has. Guys can't go in an get an 'add-a-dick-to-me', so we have to live with what we got.

What do you guys think of the boob jobs where the nipples point in opposite directions? What do you think of the ones where they look like the girl has two softballs shrink wrapped to her chest? From some that I've seen I'm aware this could happen. Is this still attractive? Please be honest.

No and no...cock-eye nipples and screw-on tits: Not attractive (in my humble opinion). 
Ok first the only going up one cup size thing is because of a crappy doctor. To the original poster look at our pics Mrs. Like2playd went from an A to a FULL D and in person a LOT of people think she might be natural but they are just a little too perfect. Also we have one doctor to recommend and that is all you will need we promise! Dr. Rockwell at the U. He is the chief of plastic surgery at the U and was voted #1 by other doctors who they would go to them selves or send family members to. Now he can't display his work due to working for the University but he does AMAZING work and we know several people who have and are going to him. Not sure if you were looking for doctor recommendations but the doctor makes ALL the difference!!! If you are curious about anything else just e-mail us. Also he is actually cheaper than a lot of these little independent doctors.
Cyn has had hers done twice now, (the second was due to a non-related medical problem). She was originally a C when we married, but after having a couple of kids, she lost most of her shape. She is now a D, and a very nice looking D at that. She has nursed two children after having had her implants. The key to a good "boob job" is a great doctor. We shopped around and asked several other dr.s as well as people who had the surgery who they recommended. The Dr. we found did a terrific job, came with very high recommendations and gave us alot of good advice about how to make sure after the surgery things remained looking good. One lesson we learned, the surgery is more for the girl than the guy. If done properly, it helps create a terrific self image and confidence. Cyn has never regreted it. A few things to investigate... how the implants are put in, (under the muscle, through the armpit, under the fold, removing the nipple, etc. Also are the implants silicone or saline.). Good luck. Whatever you decide, make sure its what makes you happy.
I also forgot to add that silicone and saline are not the only choices anymore for the type of implant...there is also a "memory gel" type material now that some, not all, doctors will do...a very good friend of mine (in some of our private pics) has had them done and as far as feel...they are the best!!! This is the type I am wanting to get...I have felt all of the type of implants and these definitely take the cake, so to speak...so just research research research!! Good luck!! Kisses

My sister in law had hers done by a doctor in Ogden with the last name that started with a B. I wish I could remember his name. Her's looks GREAT and she went up 2 sizes and I can't wait to get mine done.

I have had three friends get boob jobs. They did it for the right reason: because THEY wanted to. Not because their SO wanted it or because they felt pressured. They had a great experience (after the pain subsided) and still love them to this day.

Make sure you check photos from the doc and as to the how big you can go there are several factors that come into play. These can vary from the shape of your torso, your muscle structure and the natural shape of your breasts. As a basic rule remember it is breast AUGMENTATION not REPLACEMENT, do some research specific to what you want and see if your objective is realistic.
Also make sure you do what makes you happy.

ya know, we can argue til the teacups start to talk and it's always gonna be the same. some guys like big, some like small, some like natural, some like paid for, some don't care s'long as they've got a warm orfice to stick their penis.... self-confidence is what's attractive. if paying for a new set is what you like and what makes you feel happy and sexy and confident in yourself, go for it. the nain thing i suggest is looking at a lot of before & after pics for various doctors and going to several consultations before making a choice. i looked at a guy in ogden and showed up to the consultation and decided his bedside manner was not for me. i ended up paying for my first pair in orem from a dr. berg. this time around i checked with a dr. croft whose pictures really impressed me but when i did my consultation with dr berg decided that i'd prefer going with him again. everyone LOVES their doctor, but everyone is different. so check out a handful and then decide what you wanna do. hope that helps.

Pledger did the boobs of my grandma and twice on my aunt. He also did some reconstruction work on my sister for her neck. I tried to get ahold of him the first time I got mine done but I guess he's only in Utah about half the year. Not sure if that's changed at all or not.
