I'm going as Dr. Howie Feltersnatch OBGYN. Wearing a long buttoned up lab coat (nothing underneath) and black socks and dress shoes. Will of course be offering free exams all night 
last year went as vampire with a little twist. had red soaked tampoon stuck between teeth and red all over face. it was disgusting,loved it.

I have used going fully naked with only a large baking potato hollowed out which I tie on holding my package. I go as a dick-tator.
