its a area that is repressed by the local leading church so under that the people have risen up and found a way to have fun... with each other!!!

It also has to do with the owner of this website being from UT and Florida. There are plenty of undergrounds in most states. You just happen to pick the website that is mainly used by Utahns and Floridians.
