We were just there on the 20/21st of September. Got there and checked in, with their credit card machine down we had to pay cash. They charged us $168 vs. the $150 listed on the web site including taxes and surcharges.

We went up to the room, dropped our stuff off and went out to dinner. When we got back we discovered the only light that worked was the desk lamp. No big deal we headed up to the pool, met some people, ended up going back out to get food with them. Came back, went back up to the pool for a while and ended up in our room around midnight.

The next day we got up and found out what our room really looked like.

Did you complain to the front desk? If not why not? And if so what was the outcome?
