Ok we should say a little mexican food....
does "a little mexican food" mean for appetizers? and if so, what the main course?
Maybe I should have written a rough draft then had it reviewed all and all we will be eating something take it as you desire... 
Mexican is always a fabulous cuisine option...but good company always makes it all the better

We ate at Cafe Rio, thats sorta Mexican... We sure could have used some dessert afterwards.

Mexican? that's a stretch. I'd say its more Utahn than Mexican. Sounds like you could have used a special taco and hard churro for desert.
Hey CBUTAH, they use words like "burrito" "enchalada" "salsa" "taco" etc and to us natives of Utah... thats pretty darn Mexican if you ask me. (I know its all the same ingrediants just arranged differently on the plate, but it still tastes good too). On to the dessert, we always love something thats creamfilled before going to bed. We just dont get alot of vendors in our area, so we have to go out and find them.
