This topic was actually sparked on another thread, but it would be interesting to explore it in full.

Someone recently commented that this is mainly a comfort issue; fundamentally I agree. However, isn\'t it also interesting that these very same people who refuse to share face pics based on this concern scrutinize OUR full face pics when deciding if they are interested in a meeting? That doesnt seem fair now does it? My wife is a bartender, and just two days ago a gentleman at her bar discretely complimented her on her pics on this site and another. No one we have ever encountered as ever been anything less than polite, and most deffinitely discrete.

Yes, it is true that there is no way of knowing if the person you are contacting is in fact the same person in the pics...or that they are recent enough to portray them accurately. The truth of the matter is that there are lots of A**HOLES out there who like to play games.
In our particular experience, a gentleman that we agreed to meet \"sight unseen\" stood us up. Or so we thought. In actuality, he spent a great deal of time observing us, and even followed us home. We began to recieve strange messages from random screennames with personal information about our home and our family. Needles to say, he turned out to be a real problem, and we had to get the law involved. I agree that this could have happened under normal circumstances, but I cant help but think that it could have been prevented if we had gone about the situation differently.
*Attraction*
I am skeptical to hear from anyone that physical attraction does not play a very large role in the lifestyle. Without a recent pic, there is no way to determine that. Some of these guys and gals believe that a pic of their cock or tits is pic enough. The more intelligent ones know this to be false and post more complete pics. My wife is attracted to a face first, a body second, and a personality third. That may not be true for every woman out there, but it seems to be the basic formula.
Most of us are practiced lifestylers who have developed a particular niche that we adhere to. I for one, would never want to be with someone that I did not find physically attractive. What would be the point?
Thats our 2 cents! Comments are welcome...
