Swingers Forum - Primary Photos

One of the site policies says that when uploading your pictures to your photo album, your primary picture (your first picture that everyone sees) should not contain close up genital shots such as hard ons.

For some reason, no one reads the policy and still puts up these type of photos. Even after sending them a warning email, they still keep these pictures up. What is the deal?

In my opinion, I could care less about hooking up with someone based on a picture that shows me there genitals up close. It's more of a turn off. I'd rather see a nice picture of them with tasteful nudity. That would draw my attention.

What does everyone else think?
We agree, when searching for new friends, we always automatically skip those ones. It's not a turn on having a dick shot right in your face.
We feel the same way and are glad to see the site does too. Can you rearange a members pics to make them follow the guidelines?

In our profile we have had to put the following just not to be attacked by these types of pics:

"Looks are important but must also have compatible personality. Pictures are required before any meeting "G" are fine. We also believe that couples that do not have a scanner or digital photography should not be involved in the lifestyle on the internet and for those that send genitalia shots we are always happy to recommend a good gynecologist."
Ditto for us. If we like you well enough to meet we will be seeing more than enough of your genitals. There has to be an attraction before we meet someone and we want to know what you look like first. We will be recognizing you by your face, not your appendages. Most public establishments frown on exposing those kind of things;)
I agree gyno shots are a turnoff. but what are your opinions on the best types of foto's for those who don't want their faces on the internet??
I think if you are going to post a nude type of picture, make it tasteful. Do a full body shot or something that looks sexy. Otherwise, if you're worried about your faces, turning your head in a photo or showing a fully clothed body doesn't hurt. Here's an example:
Absolutely feel the same hun. It is almost a crime that someone thinks there dick or pussy says all and everything about them. We believe a cool party pic of them both tells a thousand words about a couples personality. and by the way love your classy pics too. ;) love tre and jessie
We agree. posting a genital shot up front just makes us move on. You need something to draw the person/s in to read the profile found out what your about, make contact then share any of those types of pics. For example, the pic by the fire place......got our attention!!! beautiful shot!!
Administrators, we personally aren't sure if we understand what you mean. Could you post about 500-600 more examples so we can be sure? ;)
I agree completely! I not only don't want to see gyno shots, I automatically skip profiles with those types of shots.

I do enjoy a little tasteful nudity on the profile picture - although I'm one of those 'a hint of nakedness is better than totally starkers' kind of girls!!
We totally agree! Photos with something left to the imagination are alot more sexy.
we agree as well that gyno or dick shots are a turn off, and make the site look trashy. but while you're specifically discussing close up genital shots, your policy actually says NO genital shots or sex acts of any kind. we don't mind a tasteful full body nude shot that has genitals exposed, or a pic of people having sex, kind of find that exciting. as the policy is stated, we can get kicked out by using a shot like this as our primary photo. one of the other sites rates your photos into one of 3 categories when you submit them, so you have no doubt about what is acceptable as a primary photo. but we agree that there has to be some kind of restriction.
meant to clarify that we posted that pic above just as an example of what is not allowed, as we read the guidelines, and that pic got us a warning from one of the other sites, so never used it here as a primary photo.
If it's tasteful nudity and does show your genital areas, that is acceptable. But if it's a full nude shot, for instance, of a nude man and he has an extreme hard on, to meet that's not too tasteful and would not be allowed.

The picture above is definately acceptable on this site.
we agree thats why the site offers a private album to us or so we thought LOL our nudes are kept there .. and when we want or someone asks to see then we add them to our friends list so they can see but other wise they see us with cloths on .... i mean you dont go around town showing those things ... or at least we hope not LOL ..
We believe that the explicit pics should be saved for those that we pick to share the family jewels with. If our prizes are out there for everyone to see, it won't be like Christmas when we meet other couples or F's.
Sometimes though, our pic we have up might make me appear to be pruder than we are.
I am a wild woman w/o my clothes. Maybe I need a pic that is somewhere in-between.
yeah...we were guilty of posting a nudie pic at first...we were just getting the hang of this site....didn't even realize that it was a rule...maybe we should have a little disclaimer on the photo upload page letting ppl know about this rule...or maybe there is?? Regardless we agree with the rule fully..
I don't know about anyone else, but I certainly think the photo posted for TALLNBUSTY is about the best one I've seen!!!!!

Congrats, ladies - very exciting picture!!!!

Welcome to the club!

We really prefer to see a little hint of glamour and overall body shape than any closeps.
One set of genitalia are much like another.
hehh, our thoughts are always "Yeah, we know what THOSE look like already, now show us your faces!"
We totally agree. when we preview its nice to put a face to the profile. croch shots are a dime a dozen and doesnt reveal a person true personality.....but then again. If others cant follow the rules and guidelines they should be removed
