So I played around with the beta test site today and I think a lot of you are gonna love it. It's nicely set up, looks great, and has some awesome new features.
When you create your account (or edit later I suppose), you get to be a lot more specific about what you want. There's choices for bi-curious, bi-comfortable, bi-selective, and full on bi-sexual. It also gets a lot more specific about whether or not you like bi's of any gender in the bedroom. If you like soft swap, full swap, same room, seperate rooms, hallpasses, etc etc. I thought this was a great addition to the profiles and now we don't need to argue about what it means if the girl is listed as bi-sexual or not and whether perhaps the hubby wants to try bi-oral or whatever else.
I also got to play with the photo albums section today. This was extremely impressive I thought. There's the typical private and public albums and then you get to be a lot pickier with your own custom albums. You can flat out make them public or private or you can allow certain members to access it for a certain amount of time. (NEVER is even a choice for that pesky stalker running about. lol.) The fun part is the editing features. You can do simples things such as rotating and/or labeling, or you can open a photoshop type application and do the trickier stuff. Cropping, adding text, whatever else y'all photoshop gurus know how to do.
All in all, the site is coming along great. I'm loving the new stuff and I can't wait til it's all done. I think everyone is going to be very happy with it.

Hahaha...good one....so seriously...I can't wait till we can use the features...have always thought that would ease up a little of the confusion..lol...I am way excited for all of us to be able to use it...and it is really nice to hear how it is coming along...think it will make the waiting a little easier...thanks for the update babe....glad you got to use it!!....kisses

That capability seems to already be in here. There are Vote (Thumb Down) (Thumb Up), as well as Report Abuse. If someone is just straight up name calling, Report Abuse. If they're highly biased/opinionated, vote it (thumbs down). Seems pretty straight forward to me.

seems like its been right around the corner for a while. Very interested to see the direction.
A web site like this going through a major redesign is always a great way to see if it has the salt to survive on the net.
we will see how it all plays out. but like to see it soon. tease to long and people tend to loose interest. but that is something this sit should know!

no launch date set as far as i'm personally aware.
Any update on a launch date?
As always, we can only say it is getting closer. We gave up on ETA's because we cannot keep the promise. There's just way to much we haven't anticipated when we first came up with the design and a lot of things have changed since the initial conception. However, we have come to the final design and no longer are making any changes. This will allow us to focus on the core design changes and have something soon.
We can say it will be ready before the end of the year.

I am suppose to be one of the Bata testers but have not been told yet when or how to get to it.
so We have been playing around in the beta and it looks great.. it has certainly come along way from the original site.. looks and style are refreshing as well as some of the new profile settings.
The Administrators were so kind as to let us check it out. We think that everybody is going to absolutely LOVE the new Swingular. Being able to fill out more information is really great. We feel that good things are worth waiting for. Thanks Admin!!! :-)
