The Utah swinging world, it seems, is in meltdown. At least if you judge by postings this summer on the partner-swapping Website, Swingular.
While swinging is supposedly about freedom of personal choice, if you read Swingular choice seems to be the last option open to you. Offer an opinion and you can get slammed. Such is the drama and the bashing that goes on in the forum, one member proposed calling it Hateular. One poster asked when the site would return to discussing sex.

wow how sensational, people on a website bitching about something. this should really be on the front page of the boston herald, oh wait it went out of business.The City Weekly used to be a good read, but they got to sell papers, to keep from going under like so many pappers around the country have. Needles to say anything written in the city weekly in the last couple of years is useless sensationalized crap. Just like ksl and fox 13 trying to cover stories about people having sex in utah. Mindless useless dribble, i know people have sex in utah, we set records all the time for the most babies born in a month, in a year.

I agree, I thought we had moved on from this. Wasn't there a forum all about saying nice things just a few day's ago? This won't go away if people won't let it go. (no offense to you CatnMouse) I just think we need to move on.

Actually my life is pretty full. I travel all over the US so my time here is limited. I just thought it was interesting.. I haven't been here in a while I think I missed the forum about saying nice things. I'll have to look for it. If you all want it to go away why do you keep posting on it? If YOU just let it go, it would go to the back page and someone would have to look it up to see it. "If" people are interested it will stay fresh. Simple as that.

Why not be able to post what one thinks here? If people do not like it or wnat to talk about "dead hourse being beaten again" they have the choice not to reply and leave it alone. Many times we read and never reply ourselves. It is fun to see what others think. Sometimes we find them way off and other times right on. It is how they feel! I agree this site has post where people complain more then other sites. Is that a good thing or bad? If we try not to be personal about things I think it is a good things. We want others to let us live in a lifestyle they may not agree with and we should do it here in the lifestyle also. Enjoy and have fun in the lifestyle!

My dear friends. This type of censorship in my opinion is just a way for those who [forsake of a better term] "live" on Swingular and rule the roost to censor the rest of us. Most of us use this site as communication for finding friends, not as our way of life. However my friends and I do thank you. The "censorship" privileges you have given us have sprited many people to send me email telling me how it was about time that someone spoke out. A couple liked how I speak what is on my mind. I now have many new people asking to be my friends on the site. Some people do not want to post (Imagine that) because of the "clicky" nature of Swingular. Other people seem to think that the people saying bad things are just lovers I've turned down. That is NOT true by the way.
You are more than welcome to go into my box and check out the positive emails sent to me for yourself. Maybe censorship will be a little less appealing to you after that. I do understand the posts are really not gone just hidden. You can always see them by just hitting the show button. When this issue moves past me and my post I would like all the post to show in all forums, [or for me to have that choice] even if it's not in my favor. The forums are self-regulated by the members. Yes, the majority rules. That pretty much says it right there. There are hundreds of thousands of members on this site so not 'one' group can control the forums. If the majority disagrees with those 'select' few as you call them, then they will vote the postings back up, it's that simple.
As I see it, you posted a link to a 'blog' about Swingular that did nothing but trash the Swingular members here. As much as you have the right to post something like that, why would the members want to see a 'blog' about someone trashing them? It's negativity that know one cares to see. There are a lot more positive things to talk about here and the community has been trying hard to turn to that direction. So I can see why they voted it down. So this isn't a matter of members 'ganging' up on you for the sake of enjoyment, they aren't targeting you specifically, it's because your actions started a post that no one cares to see.
It seems to me like anytime you post, it has something negative to say. I've searched every post you've ever made and almost every one of them is something negative. As a matter of fact, I just searched your IP addresses and billing records and they all point to the same person. I'm not going to state who that person is but I'll tell you right now, the sole purpose of this particular 'catnmouse' account is to bring negativity to the forums and it's going to stop.
I think we all had a pretty good idea that "catnmouse" was a fraud. Thank you Admins for doing your research and hopefully putting a stop to this person.
After further review, we have found that the REDVAMPIRESS and CATNMOUSE accounts are fake accounts. They all originate from the same IP address and the accounts were purchased from the same credit card owner. Because we do not believe in publicly 'outing' others, we will refrain from posting who this person is. However, it all stops here.
It seems the sole purpose of these accounts was to draw negativity to Swingular and cause a ruckus between members. This is no longer an issue as these accounts have been terminated but the records will remain in the system for investigation and possible law suit.
We must ask the members of Swingular to come together and move our community into a positive direction.
