A few members are experiencing the dreaded redirect to Google issue when trying to view site email. I remember someone experienced this issue a while back and figured out a solution. However, I cannot remember the solution for the life of me. If anyone has figured this out, please post it here.
From what I can remember, it has something to do with the users browser caching a file but not sure. Also, I think it is specific to AOL.
Any suggestions are welcome.

Ok, after doing some research, it is specific to AOL users who use the included AOL browser. That particular browser caches files on to a proxy server which causes our site to 'expire' or 'logout' the user because they are using an old 'session.'
SOLUTION #1:
Install FireFox onto your computer and use it instead of the default AOL Browser. It is faster and much more secure. It is the recommended browser by almost all web sites and especially Swingular.com.
Download Firefox Here
SOLUTION #2
We have changed the way we send caching information to the AOL browser, this should solve most of the issues however by using SOLUTION #1, you are almost guaranteed not to experience this same issue with us or any other website.

I've been using Firefox to access Swingular for quite a while now, as opposed to my AOL.
Had issues with AOL & Swingular compatibility.
How about that - I actually solved the problem without knowing I was doing it.
Maybe I'm smarter than I thought I was.
NAH!
