OK, so, a good friend of ours (R) has been cutting my hair for a number of years (I hate haircuts).
Recently, upon conclusion of her usual chopjob, she began attacking my moustache. After about 10 minutes of continuous snipping (we're talking a fairly normal moustache - not Wilford Brimley), I asked what the hell she was doing and if a razor wouldn't be quicker!
She replied that women don't appreciate the contact of long facial hair. She was doing a favor for any future female companions.
By the time she had finished, my moustache looked like it was ready to sell used cars.
This isn't about my friend (her body will never be found).
This is about my confusion. It seems to me that very short facial fur is prickly, while a nicely grown face pelt allows the hair to curl and and mesh with itself and therefore is less weapon-like.
So, I'm wondering if there is any consensus where this incredibly important topic is concerned (obviously, lives are at stake).
I even suspect that there are those who use various facial sculptures as a form of organic sex toy.
I know this is a hairy issue and if there is overwhelming agreement with 'R', I will issue a sincere apology to her hubby. I did try to check with my missus on this, but she is still in mourning.

My wife makes me trim whenever we go out dancing or on a date! She points out the same issue below!

Long is fine. so long as it neat.. a mustache that the wearer can get into his mouth is a turn off ( how do you find his lips?), but a longer beard or mustache just gives me something to hold onto! Too short and stubble burn is a concern, esp when headed down below, softer is better IMHO. The key word is NEAT and well groomed looking, not like something from DELIVERANCE lol. Ciao!
lone mustaches are for tom sellick and burt reynolds. mustache/beard/goatee combos are perfectly acceptable. lmao.

MRS Curiousinut loves me in a Go-tee. Has to be kept up and clean, she loves me shaved everywhere else from neck to nuts, lol!!!
Majestic loves the goat, isn't happy the couple times I have shaved it off, and yes as is the consensus, has to be neat, trimmed, and have lips..lol
