Does anyone have anything good to say about Eden House? We were thinking about checking it out one of these weekends. Where we lived before we had 3-4 options for swingers clubs to go to. All of which had sex on premise. From what I've read Eden House is a "church". What gives? What's the average age would you guys say of people that attend? Is it like a bad 70's porno where you walk in and it's all 45+yrs and over weight with molestor-staches and 5 rolls a girl?

We've talked about just checking it out for ourselves but taking in all of the opinions we've gathered from this forum topic and the kind couples and even single males that sent private e-mails it seems that we'd just be wasting our time and our money could be better spent.

We go to Eden House almost every weekend for the last 9 months. We have a great time and enjoy ourselves very much!! There are lots of young people that come. Its not the way you have been taught. Please don't judge something unless you been there. There is enough judging in this world.

However, if you've been on this site since FUNSMURF has started posting about EDEN HOUSE, you'd notice that REDVAMP started appearing to defend EDEN HOUSE out of the blue and has always posted attacking comments on others. If you look closely, when ever FUNSMURF logs in and posts a comment, mysteriously, REDVAMP posts a comment that same day. Then you don't hear from either for a while. Then they both appear at the same time again. REDVAMP never partakes in any other conversation in the forums except to defend EDEN HOUSE. Coincidental?

And no one gave 2 shits about money, status, decor, size, or politics. No competition, general acceptance, and complete respect. I think the reason is because people were there to BE a good guest and not just see what they could take. A successful party is one where the guests feel welcomed and contribute to the atmosphere. I'm guessing the OPs aren't very experienced in that department. If they can be that judgemental in their post I can't even imagine the nightmare of playtime with them. *shudder* As beautiful as they seem to be, their attitudes make them very UNdesireable.

Is everyone aware that the original question was WELL over a month ago, almost 2 months ago. Why was this dragged out again? By this time I am sure they have either made the decission to check it out or stay away!
I think it keeps getting dragged out because people want to post their comments on this topic, whether it answers an old question or not. I'm sure there are others who have the same questions so to see continued opinions isn't a bad thing. That's the point of keeping old posts available anyways so others can find relative information when they need it.

I would just like to say that as usual people have jumped the gun and over analyzed the question and comments on hand. First off they are or were knew to the area and were trying to figure out their options. Second of all if anyone bothered to look at their ages they are a young couple just under 30. So if you think about it to them a couple of 45 might be considered old to them and not ideal. I have heard good and bad about the club and I have chosen to stay away for a few reasons. First off claiming to be a church of Hedonism or whatever that is just a cover for a cult just like a few of the religions around here are nothign more then a cult in my eyes. Second is does anyone remember th "Movie Buffs" incident in the early 90's. Well they ended up getting busted for renting out Porn, dont remember the details think it involved underage however the point is, that they got a list of every person who rented an adult movie and lets just say were contacted and so their privacy was violated. Well being raised in the wonderful state of Utah, its just a matter of time before this so called church is infiltrated by the powers at hand and everyone on their membership list will be exposed, personally I get myself into enough trouble on my own without their assistance. Call me superstious but I dont care how much research and etc and legal try to say it is. I know this state and why seperation of church and state is suppose to exist, not here The mormons run it and when they get wind of this well trust me nothing will be sacred or kept quiet about this.

I have never been able to go to Eden House yet because I work nights. I have been invited several times, and I would love to go and see for myself how it is. That way I can make my own opinion. I would suggest you do the same. It is just like food. You can't say it is good or bad until you have tried it, and plus everyone has different tastes. I like a hamburger with a fried egg on top. Many people probably think that is disgusting. I think it is delicious. It is just like sex as well. Everyone has their different styles, and fantasies, and likes and dislikes. Isn't that why we are all part of this site, because we have different tastes than the majority of the people? I would think that there would be more acceptance and ability to understand other peoples attitudes and opinions here since we are all pretty much outcasts from society. Of course many of you could also say that I am not a swinger because I am a single male, and swinging is just for couples. Well there are couples that like single males as well. That is why the site allows us here. I am also a latino, born in Uruguay, with a American father and an Uruguayan mother. So, if anyone wants to bash on someone, you can bash on me for being different and being open to new things. Maybe you should just start thinking for yourself, make your own opinion, go to Eden House for yourself, and find out how it is. You just might like it.

HOTLOVIN: By listing the descriptive phrases together the original post implied that those who are over 45 years old who are over weight with molester-staches are a phenemenon, implying that there is a connection between the three qualities (being over 45, being overweight, and having a molester mustache). It is offensive to apply adjectives to groups of people in that way.
For example: "Some Mexican trash just stepped onto the bus and they smell bad" or "there are so many dirty, lazy whites around here."
I just wanted to make the point that AMMEND made an insensitive original post and it was a put-down to all those that are over 45.
Also, you're right about the incentives someone could have for making a "fake account." I have not been following this forum for that long so it is quite possible that you are right.

Be honest and will be there. What are the times and days that you are open, and the best times to come there? How much for us to get in the door? Is it a safe place do not want any problems. Eden may not be for everyone. But for those who do go, its a place where you can be yourselves. I had my reservations at first. As soon as you walk in the door, you are welcomed.and no, not as a prime piece of meat as they make you feel in those expensive clubs, where you do pay a cover charge to look over the merchandise and still pay for drinks... Night clubs are like a hunting grounds. (Who gets the best catch!)
