Luv that stuff - back at ya:
There are five houses in five different colors. In each house lives a person of a different nationality. The five owners drink a certain type of beverage, smoke a certain type of cigar, and keep a certain pet. No owners have the same pet, smoke the same cigar, or drink the same beverage.
The question is "Who owns the fish?"
Hints:
The Brit lives in the red house
The Swede keeps dogs as pets
The Dane drinks tea
The green house is on the left of the white house
The green house's owner drinks coffee
The person who smokes Pall Mall rears birds
The owner of the yellow house smokes Dunhill
The man living in the center house drinks milk
The Norwegian lives in the first house
The man who smokes Blends lives next to the man who keeps cats
The man with the horse lives next to the man who smokes Dunhill
The owner who smokes Bluemasters drinks beer
The German smokes Prince
The Norwegian lives next to the blue house
The man who smokes Blends has a neighbor who drinks water
It is said that Albert Einstein wrote this riddle this century. He also said that 98% of the world could not solve it.

Wow.. This is a difficult riddle, but it just takes a lot of time to figure it out. A chart was the easiest way for me to figure it out. Five columns for the five houses, and five rows for nationality, house color, type of drink, type of cigar, and finally, pets.
This is the way I figured it out.
These are all the clues that we can start to fill in the blanks.
The man in the middle house drinks milk,
The Norwegian lives in house number one.
The Norwegian lives next to the blue house, so we can fill in the house color in the second column.
The green house is to the left of the white house, and the green house says it is occupied by a coffee drinker.
The only place that works is in column four, so we can fill in color and drink there, and white for the color of the fifth.
The British man is in the red house, and the third house is the only one that doesnt' have a color and nationality yet. We fill in those two boxes, and that leaves us with a yellow house for the Norwegian. Yellow smokes Dunhill, so we get to fill in that box too.
Horses are next to the Dunhill smoker. Now we know the pet for the blue house.
Now comes the really hard part. But Einstein gave us the only clue that you can continue with. The man who smokes Blue Master drinks beer. There is only one place that this can fit in.
We can see that the Norwegian smokes Dunhill and the British man drinks milk, so we rule out two nationalities. We also know that the German smokes Prince, and that the Danish man drinks tea, so we are left with just the Swedish man, who we now know smokes Blue Master and drinks beer. We can also see in the clues that the Swedish man has dogs. The only place that these four items fit is in house number five.
Now we are left with just a couple of clues. The Blends smoker is next to a water-drinker and the cat owner. That can only fit into house number two. That make the Norwegian drink water, and number 2 smoke blends. Now we know that the Danish man drinks tea, so we can fill that in for number two, and that leaves a german for number 4.
The German smokes Prince cigars.
that makes the Pall malls for the british.
That leaves us with just a couple of clues left. The person who smokes Pall Mall has birds. The man who smokes Blends lives next to the cat owner, so that cat owner has to be the Norwegian. That makes it so the German drinks coffee, lives in a green house, smokes prince cigars, and ownes fish.
