We have thought for years that it would be fun to do an overnighter with our friends in the lifestyle so I thought I'd see if anyone else is interested. I'm not talking a huge ride, just one that is far enough to get a good ride in and then have dinner and partying after. More of a social thing than a play thing but of course playing wouldn't be against any rules lol. Let me know what you think and we'll see if we can set something up over the summer.

We would love to go on that ride, there is a group in MD called SOB, swingers on bikes. Would enjoy combining the two things we enjoy.... we hope to find a few lifestylers on our trip to sturgis this year.

WOW!!! I guess we aren't the only ones who think it's a great idea. I really like the Lava Hot Springs idea. I've done that ride before and loved it. Does anyone know the lay of the land up there well enough to recommend a place or places to stay? I'm sure we won't be able to find one place to house all of us but I know there are several hotels around and a lot of camping if you are in to that. What about a date? When is the best time of year to go up there? Also, I don't think anyone cares what kind of bike you are on (scooters on steroids are ok too Randy LOL). Keep the ideas coming and we'll see where this ends up.
i lived neer lava for about 12 years, they are about a month behind in the weather. they do have a camp ground in town, a small hotel, as far as that not much for spending the night.

No, butt if you're in Columbus, you can go eat some Massey's Pizza for me.
There is plenty of hotels and motels and bed and breakfasts and camping and two bars too lol. Here is a website www.lavahotsprings.com or www.lavahotsprings.org. I like the idea of meeting in slc friday night for a dinner then riding saturday staying the night and go from there. Anytime from June to Aug is good for us just need a couple of weeks notice. Cant wait for spring.

A bit far off but the MDA Fun Run happens the first weekend in Jun...better book rooms, they're going quick! Fun Run is 6 - 7 Jun going from SLC to Wendover.

We will be back in Utah the begining of May , depending on the dates and if we get the hubbies bike runnning in time we would love to go to, my bike is fine . His didnt agree with the Florida State it is running like shit now .

We are heading out on a bike ride this morning but before we go we wanted to know if anyone has picked a time or place for this ride? Its getting warmer and alot of bikes out there so please watch for us and drive carefully. There is a group on here for bikers. If anyone wants to go on a ride post it and lets go. We check it out often.

I heard rooms are still available in Wendover for the MDA fun run on Jun 6th. Survivor will be the headlining band. Who's all going?
We are back in Utah and all settled in and the hubbys bike is running better than it did. Now get Insurance and reregistered and we will be good. keep us up dated to when and where so we can plan for it .

We usualy leave at 10 am and get to Wendover by 1:30 to beat the rush. If you go to the SLC HD website, all the event info is there. It's wise to reserve a room now though, usually they're all booked by March but they have some available. We might even go on Fri to have an extra day.
