Soon, California's Supreme Court will rule on the validity of Prop 8. I for one think people have no fucking right to legislate laws regarding marriage. Marriage is a religious word and the first amendment prevents it. The constitution has been bastardized for far too long. I think you need to learn not to be a hypocrite when talking politics. The truth is, minorities have been given special treatment, because without it, they don't get equal treatment. HISTORY SHOWS THAT!!!! Do I think they should get any special treatment no. The only issue is, without it, we only have one black president in nearly 250 years. =) The tide is turning..
