I'm finally going back to my gym routine, so I'm restarting this thread. Curious as to what gym people go to and what time.
I (Kitty) go to the VanWinkle Gold's at about 8pm 5-6 days a week. Mark goes to the same gym, but he goes during his lunch break.

I (Kitty) go to the VanWinkle Gold's at about 8pm 5-6 days a week. Mark goes to the same gym, but he goes during his lunch break. Lifetime in South Jordan...(both of us), morning or night, depending on the schedule!

We go to the Golds in Orem on 8th North most mornings. Depends on the day and sometimes we may go at nights. Anyone else go to one doen in Utah Co.?
I go to the Golds in American Fork... some times the University Golds or the one in North Orem.
Kitty, Wify goes to VW early.. around 5:30 ouch.. I usually go to VW around 9:00
going to the steam room at noon
TOTO: you'll prolly see Mark at the gym then. he's there around that time.

TOTO: yeah. he goes during his lunch break so he's usually there about that time. but i don't think he typically heads to the steam room.
I go to Golds on VW or WJ. I usually go around 8pm 2-3 days per week, depending if I am in town or not.

I hit the bedroom a few times a week... when the misses is home... then I hit the hot tub afterwards, or before... depends on the mood!
Sometime I will even push the misses around in the swing!!!
