I figured since so many other gym conversations take place in this forum it was the right place to ask. Have any of you out tried one of the boot camp gyms? If so what was your experience and would you recommend one?
Ft Leonard Wood Missouri, awesome gym session, lasted 5 months and the instructors were very attentive and hands on. Best part is it was totally free, room board and everything.

Have done them and highly recommend them. Great way to mix things up and get immediate results. Recommend Boot Camp with Jess.
