We have been getting a lot of "Blown Kisses" and "Someone likes you" messages, but when we go to view the profiles, very few if any have pictures of the men on them. Why is that???
While it may be true that it is the guys that spend more time online perusing the profiles, There are probably plenty of women, that spend time online as well. We feel that ultimately, it needs to be a joint decision as to whether or not there is going to be interest in meeting another couple. I am sure that the women would like to see the other woman's guy, and that it is just as important to the women as it is to see pictures of the other guy, as it is the other woman.
We do have pictures of the both of us in our private portfolio, and I think that if the man is uncomfortable with having his picture in the public folder, at least have one of himself in their private folder that they can share once that they have initiated Email contact with a couple.
What are your thoughts on this matter???

Ya know I thought the same thing when I looked at your profile..... Only the 1 picture....
I know we have a picture or 2 of me in our album.. but it isn't common for my wife to grab the camera.. so all the pictures we have of pretty much anything I take.... Hence why not many exist.. I'm sure that is very common for most other couples also.. unless its the self portrait of the mans cock... and that dominates the single male section..

I think it's because most of the guys don't look like they should be with the girls.
Look around most of the girls are very hot and the guys with them, It's like no way. (See our profile and you'll know what I'm talking about). Girls are soft and round and sweet smelling,,,,,

By the way,Cutecpl2Swing, I do have pics of the male part of our coupleship in our private portfolio, which we are happy to share once that we establish some kind of E-mail communication with another couple. Many times, even the private portfolio only has pictures of the women in it.
And yes, I agree, Clay, I think that in the lifestyle, very often times I see very hot women with average looking guys. It is kind of a "which came first, the chicken or the egg" question. Are the hot women with the average guys because these guys are open minded, and non-jealous and are so willing to allow their women to play with other women/men? Or are the average guys with the hot women and are allowing them to play with other women/men to keep their women happy and content, because they feel that because their partners are hot and they are just average, this is what they need to do to keep their partners happy?
Fortunately, in our case, I think that we are both pretty good looking, and jealousy is not an issue for us.

We have been saying that for several years, most profile have the women in almost every concieveable pose some showing (in our opinion) just a little more then necessary. Now were not complaining but come on let leave something to the imagination. We understand the discression thing and it sure seems to us that the males who play, most feel they would loose their jobs if they were found out they were doing this type of thing. That to us is just BS just so they don't have to post a pic. Well we like so many tell everyone that unless we see a pic of both partners, we will not meet. We have pics of ourselves and expect the same. OK I'm stepping down off the soap box. Hope everyone finds what their looking for. I know for us it's been a long disappointing time, but we know there is somone out there who will fit what were looking for. Best of luck everyone.

now as for our input on the subject itself, it is our observation that the main reason for more female pics then males is that most of the cpls in the lifestyle have a bi-fem in them....so you have 2 people looking at the pics that like females...where as, only one is looking at the males!

we have more photos of my hubby in our private folder and we share them with people we are talking with....sorry about having those photos that leave nothing to the imagination....but we think it's better to be able to see and know exactly what you are getting into, that way there's no embarassing moment when you meet someone and everyone's naked and it's then you find out they have a tail...or anything along those lines

But having the man be the main or only source of income is becoming less and less common these days, as more and more women are working outside the homes. So I feel that women have an equal risk in exposure as men as far as any impact on their professional/family lives go. So, that pretty much shoots down that excuse about men being more afraid of losing their jobs or at greater risk than women...
I feel that if the man, and/or the woman have a concern about maintaining their anonymity to some degree, (as we do) then you can always post an attractive yet anonymous picture of one or both on the public portfolio, (as we have) and then have some more revealing (yet discreet and may I add tasteful) pictures in the private portfolio. I agree with RED64ANDME. Anyone can get naked and take a cock shot or a revealing picture of a woman's private parts, but I feel that photography is an art, and agree that something should be left to the imagination.
Also, SEXYBIWIFE makes a very valid point that the woman has to be concerned with what the woman looks like, as well as that woman's male partner since both will play with the woman,but in our case, we have to have an attraction to both the woman and the man if we are going to meet and play. Otherwise, I as the man, feel as if I am just using my hot and attractive partner to get together with another attractive woman, but if she is not attracted to the man, I can't and won't put her in that position. I care about her far too much to use her in that way. The lifestyle is about putting your partners needs and desires before your own, and everyone concerned should have at least some level of interest in both of the other people. Pictures of the guys would help from wasting time e-mailing back and forth only to find out that there is no attraction. Now please, don't get me wrong. We love meeting new people, and have made a lot of friends in the lifestyle that we may never play with, but I mean, lets call a spade a spade, and since the purpose of this site is to meet other couples that can share a mutual attraction, that can lead to an intimate encounter, it would be nice to see pics of both party at some point before meeting. We have found that so doing can prevent an embarrasing situation later, when we do meet blind, and if the attraction isn't there, we don't have to hurt anyones feelings by telling them that we aren't ready to play. That's why generally as a rule, we won't meet another couple one on one without seeing face pics of both. If they want to meet us at a big party, that's fine. We can easily and comfortably excuse ourselves if things get awkward. I don't like to waste peoples times, and so generally if I meet a couple one on one, and they are ready to play, I want to be ready to as well. Doing some groundwork ahead of time, and getting some face pics, and talking on the phone with both partners beforehand can definitely help save a lot of time and trouble in the long run.

we are not the type to not talk to someone just because there isn't an automatic physical attraction....although, just like many others, we look for what we like....but we both have to be interested in order to go forward....we don't play if the other isn't into it, period.

Ya know I wondered the same thing about why there are more pics of women than men. I for one can say I really dont have alot of pics of me. Only the ones my wife had me get done by a friend and I didnt think it would be fun but it was kinda cool so many it is just that us guys have not had the opportunity to get our pics done. We kinda like taking pics of our wives or other halfs (lol) after all they are the sexiest ones LOL to us anyway.... and alot of us (Myself included dont think of ourselves as sexy)
We have both pictures of her and him in our profile stuff, (actually 2 of him, 1 of her right now). Tasteful pics as well. No public pictures of ours would be very naughty.

I feel (I am Dave) that Sandy is our best asset when someone is looking, but if you check our profile I think she has a few of me in there, but she will agree that more of the man needs to be shown (pics of the man not just more of him in the pics), we will not blind date anyone and must be able to see a clear face pic when making our decision to even meet. But even with me in the pic it is mostly single men or couples wanting to know if she can play alone.

We have always posted pictures of us both as our default pic. We do put some in our profile of just her, but then we feel that there are plenty of people who are so focused on apperance that upon seeing our pic they close our profile rather then send us a message.

Many of our encounters at the local swing club has turned one sided where she gets alot of attention and he is there for moral support. The desires of couples to play with a \"single\" woman overrides their deisres to just have fun with the people they are with. We did a test on another site and posted our profile without pics and have actually gotten more interest over there. This isnt a \"true\" test of the pics drive interest theory, but it does make us wonder.

This is a \"team sport\" for us. We both play. Therefore, we both have pictures out there. We try to balance and have a few recent pics of both of us - they\'re clear, large enough that WYSIWYG, there are no surprises when we meet - I can\'t tell you how many times we\'ve been disappointed in meeting people who didn\'t look like the postage-stamp size pic in their profiles.

Well, we are pretty much in the same category as cute...I do most of the picture taking....very rare occasion when Chelle grabs the camera, and that is ok with me. When we started to talk about exploring this lifestyle, it was all about meeting other couples...but Chelle wants to see the women, that is what she is about. It wasn\'t about me, so we just focused on that. She can see guys all the time, and that is not what she is looking for...does that make any sense?
We have pics of both but more of her because he is the one behind the camera most of the time plus she is much better looking than him we don\'t want to scare people away he looks much better in person in his opinion he is not very photogenic on the other hand she could wear a garbage bag and look great.

After a mess of sites and a lot of years now on them... I think that most men don\'t think that they are what people want to see. A pretty girl/woman is much more a draw than the middle aged guy that may be balding with all his imfirmities (no pun intended). Lately more men are putting their pics into their profiles. I put my pic in, quite a while ago because i think that if the pic scares people away from us then we don\'t want to be there anyway. B is a very young woman, for her age and me being so young and looking like her father well that\'s just the way it is.. Yes the ages in the profile are correct for both of us but i figure that I\'m as young as she feels, thus the comment about being young... I think that men are fishermen at heart (or is that hard)... and the prettier the bait the more phish you catch...

Have to agree with a lot of the comments. We do try to include pics of both us of. But there is no doubt that she is the better looking of the two of us. I guess I put more of her than me cuz I don\'t want to scare anyone off. LOL
Being that I (mR. Luvbugs) am the photographer, most of my time is dominated by getting the shots of her that she wants, and whats more, is comfortable showing the world. Since she is not as versed as I with the cam, most of the shots I have taken have been self portraits. I do have other friends who are also photographers, and they do help out from time to time, but rarely.
In our case, our profile is more suited to see pics of her than me. I guess it all depends on whom you wish to attract and what you are looking for. I will end with this though. Each profile on this site is a sort of advertisement. As such, it is important to put your best foot forward. Show the guy, but who is really looking?
I think that one or maybe two pics of the guy in a nice suit, or casual business wear or something (you get the point!), smiling from the torso UP would impress most people. Who cares what he\'s packin?
As a footnote: Isnt it interesting that have been brainwashed by each other in this society to have a double standard of what beauty is and isnt. Beautiful women sell motorcycles, boats, car parts, NASCAR mugs, and even chicken wings. What do titties have to do with choppers or chipotle sauce?

It may seem silly but thats the way it is. Profiles with a MAN as the lead pic get so much less views on sites like this.....even when they are a couple.

In our case, our profile is more suited to see pics of her than me. I guess it all depends on whom you wish to attract and what you are looking for. I will end with this though. I\'VE NEVER REALLY LIKED TAKING PICTURES OF MYSELF...MAYBE IT\'S JUST A GUY THING
2 cents worth......this is a very valid subject as not ALL..... ladies are Bi.
My sexy wife does look at the profiles with me. We BOTH have our own opinions and if there is no male pics...(non Genital) then it makes it harder for her and we will more than likely skip over your profile and possibly miss out on some awesome people.
