We have had a few members contact us saying that the Status Bar across the top of the site is missing. This is the bar that shows how many new messages you have, how many people are online, your friends online, etc.... Also, sometimes when you click within the site, you are taken to a Google web page.
So far, the common factor with the four members who reported having this issue is that they are all with AOL. The reason they are being taken to a Google page is because the status bar is not being displayed and the status bar is what keeps you logged into the site constantly. So no status bar and your login session expires, thus the possible reason why you are being redirected to Google.
We did some tests and you can actually access the status bar page directly using http://www.swingular.com/contentpush.php. When trying to access it directly, it kicked them to Google immediately. Our first thought is that AOL for some reason is blocking that page and redirecting our members but we are not sure. So we changed the page name to http://www.swingular.com/statusbar.php and now these members are able to see the page and the status bar without getting redirected to Google.
To help us pinpoint the problem more precisely, we are asking any one else who is experiencing or was experiencing this problem to report it here. Please post a reply with the name of your Internet Provider (AOL, Comcast, Cox, TimeWarner, etc...), the browser you are using (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc....) and any other information you think will be useful.
Also, try clicking both links above and let us know what happens.
Thanks!

I've had that issue often over the last little while.
However it's only happened when I use IE, and seemed to happen more often if I didn't refresh the homepage regularly.
I haven't had it happen with Firefox or Safari.
We have Qwest DSL
