cool, we are making some red table wine right now. we should be able to bottle them in a few weeks. then we can drink in about 6 months or so.

we actually have been brewing up a storm the last 9 months. (it's so fun to do it's hard to stop).
we made a batch of german heffe, an amber ale, and a porter all in time for a big oktoberfest party. (that was our first time).
everyone loved the beers so much we haven't stopped.

im alegeric to hops tryed to brew some with out it and it tasted like well you know. so if some one has a good reciep without hops let me know
