Warning! This is a rant. It has now been more than a month that I have been trying to achieve validation. Here is the problem: Many members here would like to concentrate their efforts on other members who have been validated. So our chances of meting a MEMBER who can provise validation are reduces. SO we have tried through emails and instant messaging to achieve validation through the ADMINISTRATOR and have received no replies. We have not had previous access to a working webcam (thanks to teenagers) so whe we finally got access we began out efforts only to have them thwarted by lack of responses at every turn.

Come on. Give us a break here.
Six days since our post here and almost a month since our initial reques. Is this business as usual?
As of today we have yet to receive an acknowledgement that our emails or IM's were even received. Nor has this topic been replied to.
1. We apologize if you haven't been able to get validated. We have not received any emails from the site or in our support inbox. I've checked mail history between us and nothing is there.

2. I don't recall any IM's from you either. Are you using the handle SWINGULAR using Yahoo Instant Messenger? I validate several members a day which I'm sure they can vouch for.

3. Posting in the forum is not a way to get support by us as stated in the support section. It is an open community for members to express themselves and maybe help other members. We will pop our heads in once in a while but it would be quicker for you to contact us by email or IM.

We are usually available all day on IM so if you wish to be webcam validated, we will be glad to assist you. Make sure you use [email protected] as the IM handle.

You may have searched the archives, but you were not retrieving correct information. Please see the following. Do you want copies of the Yahoo emails as well? And I posted here because nothing eelse seemed to get a response.

Today I tried for the third time to try to get an appointment to be validated by webcam. I sent an email from my Yahoo email address ([email protected]) and even attempted to connect by YahooMessenger.

Could you please tell us what we need to do to complete this? We travel considerably and are not always in a place where we have use of a working webcam, so this is becoming a little frustrating. Please help.

Copies of your emails is not neccessary, solving your issue is. Again, if you wish to be validated, please contact us via IM on Yahoo using the handle Swingular. We are available during the day throughout the week and usually weekend nights. Or you can send us an internal email with your validation picture attached. If you know of a time that will best suit you for webcam validation, please send us an internal email letting us know and we will try our best to suit you.
