So, will you respond to a profile that does not have pictures attached? 90% of the time, I won't respond to any profiles or e-mails unless there are photos attached to the profile.

If they write us we will request a pic of both and if they don`t send one then we move on. We agree, about 90% of the time we don`t even glance toward a profile without a pic. If they are new to the site and local we might try once to contact them.
We delete the email immediately and never consider responding. Figure its just a fisherman....
Don't always believe the pictures posted by someone are really them. We don't even begin to get serious until we've talked to someone on the phone. We've been in the lifestyle for 10+ years and we've seen and heard just about every angle there is.
We dont have a primary photo for reasons of our own, however, we do have photos in our private directory and are willing to share them with others. Most of the people we meet are at local parties and they have met us face to face before they ever see our handle on Swingular. They dont seem to mind that we dont have a primary photo. However, we do respect the fact that people like to know who they are dealing with.
Startedinvegas, after reading your post it brought a few things to mind. First, we also know people who can not have pics up but their validations, like yours, lets others know they are for real and worth making contact with despite no pics. We think your profile is perfect for someone who wants to protect their privacy and still recieve contact for others that might like pics.
One could put body shots with no face showing but then you run the risk of being judged for the content of your pics. If someone wants to judge us for the content of our pics ,we probably would not be interested in meeting them anyway.

As WILD24U noted - looks are important. For us - there needs to be some physical attaction. Profiles that say "looks are not important" make us wonder.
Now before you blast us for what we just said - looks are not ALL there is. Personality is very important as well. We've known couples who on a scale of 1-10 were a 20 - but their personality was -20.
If a couple is attactive - and they have a wonderful personality - we have something to build on.
