I was just wondering how many people find these guidelines to be racist?

Race has nothing to do with wanting any of that. Take race out and it would be great.

The concept is very simple. If the stereotype fits, I am not sure what you can do to be "proactive" and combat it. I don't know about you but I prefer to combat it with proper facts and not screaming and yelling obscenities. Again, maybe that approach works for you, I don't know. I never had much luck with "Because I said so.". If the group you are defending is made up of 90% alcoholics and druggies while the national average is 20%, what will you do to be proactive and combat it? If you concentrate your efforts and get it down to the 20% mark, what else do you need to do? You have proof that the stereotype no longer exists and what else needs be said? The concept is very simple. If the stereotype fits, I am not sure what you can do to be "proactive" and combat it. I don't know about you but I prefer to combat it with proper facts and not screaming and yelling obscenities. Again, maybe that approach works for you, I don't know. I never had much luck with "Because I said so.". If the group you are defending is made up of 90% alcoholics and druggies while the national average is 20%, what will you do to be proactive and combat it? If you concentrate your efforts and get it down to the 20% mark, what else do you need to do? You have proof that the stereotype no longer exists and what else needs be said?
