The triarchy is in power and will have a very huge power base to draw from this will have little impact on policy and direction from the Admin. Obama, Polousy, Riede can now impliment their promise of change and now will be the begining of a new era in American politics. Will it stop corruption? No. Will it stop the insane sell off of America? No. I am starting to get used to it. And have come to the conclusion that the United States of America is now a thing of the past. And we are the victems of our own stupidity.

Do you know what it means? It means that the DEMS don't control 60 seats in the Senate, that means they cannot filibuser (railroad) a bill through.
Notice how none of the OBAMUNITES are posting in this thread?
It was down to either the Georgia run off election (THIS), or the Minnesota recount. With this win, they cannot have 60 seats.

McCain could not have won by any stretch of the imagination. If "Socks" the First Cat (Clinton's Cat) had run on the Dem ticket, he/she/it too would have won. McCain was Rep. Bush was Rep. Bush was blamed for everything that went wrong whether he did it, had a hand in it or was just there. Pretty much anyone running as Rep at this time would be doomed.
