Gonna be in Florida in a few weeks on the west coast. Any good nude beaches or places to tan sans clothing?

Sorry, can't offer much help regarding the Florida West coast.
I've been to Playalinda Beach on the East coast (near Cape Canaveral) and can highly recommend it.
It's not an "official" nude beach, but enforcement is very lax.

I've been to Haulover on the east coast. Is there anything near Naples?
The only place we know on the west coast is Mexico Beach at the very far end but thats up near Tally and things. Having lived down central florida on the west coast *st pete,naples* we never heard of a beach down there that was sans clothes but good luck 
Up near Tampa - a bit off the coast you have Passage Key. A lot of boaters head out that way and take in the sun. You can NOT leave the water to walk on the beach as the land is protected. The waters around the island are shallow and when the weather is nice it is a great place to kick back and enjoy nature! Remember to bring the lotion.

We go to Ft. Meyer area about twice a year. There is an island near Lovers Key, that you can access by boat and there are lots of nudists. There is also a place in Naples called EDUN LAKE. They did have a website. Take lots of lotion!!!

We are friends of the owners of Edun Lake and they do have a website and you need to let them know you are coming to get the gate code to get in. It is not a swingers resort but so many guests are in the lifestyle, the owners are not. If it is ok to mention a website on here, The Florida Swing Party host private parties at Edun Lake once in a while and you can check their website for a current calendar of events. I know they are hosting a great New Years Eve party not far from Naples.
If you rent a boat, you can go to the north end of Captiva Island. Not sure of the legalities, but it is "owned" by the Sanibel Naturists and known locally as a nude beach but not officially recognized as one.
As I write this, our local NBC news has a story about nude beaches on Floridas southwest coast coming on soon. If it is anything worth mentioning I will post about it.

Turns out it rained and was not beach weather. 
LOL, poor baby, that was the only rain we've gotten in months! Sorry I missed this post at the time. Next time, hit me up, I not only know all the "spots", I can get you in there ;-)
