Could one of the administraitors please explain why the chat did work before the upgrades and now it doesn't? And now I read that no fixing the situation until sometime in January. It seems like to me this isn't cool. Can anyone say downgrades. And what upgrades were made? Not that were mad or bugged about the situation, but maybe an explanation would be nice. Or appropriate actions to remedy the situation.

I think admin meant Jan before the "NEW" chat would be available, but the old one should be back soon. We all miss the chat! Just be paitent! lol

My understanding is with Ash. The UK developer's version of chat will be here soon. The new custom chat will be here sometime in Jan.
Guess everyones just gotta get together and play for real now instead of chatting..what a shame!
