I (Male) Live in the Sandy Gold's on 1300 east.... From 9am-12...I think its one of the best Golds in Utah
When I lived in Draper, I worked out at the Treehouse. Lots of fun going on there. All those soccer moms in the morning are not as vanilla as you might think. Sure do miss that place. Here, not so much. I would have thought better. At least we have a great beach when it is sunny.
Speaking of working out, anyone using P90X or the newest version, the 10 minute workout? I have P90X. Curious what others have to say about it...

I workout at the Golds in West Jordan, on 7800 so. and Redwood. It's a great place with good people!
P90X is not for lightweights. It is definitely intense. I have done it off and on. There is no doubt that you burn calories and sweat like nothing else! If you try one of the 10 DVDs, try the PlyoX. You won't walk straight for a week (and not in a good way!)
MAVENX: how's about i give up on any ideas about p90x and have you over instead. :P

24 hours at taylorsville.... home away from home. ..with a job that has you on call its nice to have a place thats open all night for a work out.....and work pays for the membership, sweet.

Van Winkle is only a couple blocks from our house yet we make the drive to Sandy to go to Momentum instead. No steam room but the workouts are so much more fun which helps with motivation. We have memberships to both but screw Golds, it's momentum all the way.

I went down the list of the 24 hours up in Salt Lake City, Sugar House seems to be your best bet for eye candy probably. The one in draper could come and go, since you know draper=rich hotties, but the location itself seems a little ghetto.
The 24 hour in Provo has a bunch of hotties, but that one's closed on Sundays. Still.
We go on base at Hill. Plenty to do, plenty of room, plenty of eye candy for motivation. Also, they keep it clean and mostly functional. Sure can't beat it for the price. My only real complaint is people who need to learn to run in the running lane and walk in the walking lane on the indoor track. If you step onto the track in front of me while I'm running I promise you will get body checked.

But I go to the Taylorsville and West Jordan Golds Gyms. The classes are pretty fun. Single guys: The bicycle and "Powerflex" classes seem to attract at least a 2 to 1 female to male ratio.

We were gonna join that golds but they close at 10pm so we go on Base because we tend to favor later workouts than that. Too bad they're not open later, we could hit it with a rock from our back yard lol
Wow am I the only one that goes to anytime fitness? I am in utah county and would love a workout partner. The one i usually go with is a huge flake so its hard to count on them for motivation :S

We go every day to the Gold's gym on 9400 south and 700 east. It's really a great facility. We are there M-F around 4:30 to about 6:00 p.m. Satrudays in the morning, usually 10:00 a.m.
